Laptop serves my purpose of everyday use. Internet, banking, email etc… i don’t game so cannot speak to its quality for gaming. Screen is better than most in this price range. Doesn’t have a backlit keyboard.

Easy to setup. Itâs so nice that itâs a touch screen very thin but it is wide went from a chrome book to this so far so good.

off brand part was installed
Sent to Dell after it crashed during set up and was told that an off brand part was installed. Never got past set up and never used. Returned as Dell said they wouldn’t repair. Extremely frustrating as purchased for daughter for college
