Prone to storm surge damage
This laptop itself is amazing however one of the factors that I do not like is how this laptop is prone to being severely affected by storm surges; there was a night where there was a very severe lightning/thunderstorm and the next day I had to take all morning to self troubleshoot my laptop to get it to operate again, because there was no customer service of any kind to help me with the issue. Luckily I was able to get it to operate again but it made me learn to always unplug my valuable electronics such as this item before going to sleep every night.
