Solution:
A. The light does not light up or only partially lights up after connecting the USB cable.Please wait patiently for 20 seconds, due to the above reasons, the keyboard will restart the light control chip;
B. Fastly connect the computer to the network, then connect the keyboard, wait for the desktop notification bar to appear “the driver installation is complete”, and then keyboard can be used normally;
C. You can try the 9th lighting mode to adjust(FN+9);

an okay keyboard for the money
when purchased I used my keyboard mainly for writing emails and gaming purposes.my initial purchase was in April 3rd 2020 and it only became slightly broken the end of last month when the inner silicone parts around the WASD keys finally wore down and broke through, making the keys get stuck. (had to take it apart to find that out, may the keyboard R.I.P.)it was put through heavy use and survived a little over a year. for 17 bucks that isnt bad.my only real complaint with this is that I remember the instructions came in a foreign language (Chinese I think, maybe something else but likely Chinese)since most of these kinds of keyboards are similar though I figured the keybinds for the backlight would be the same (they were)FN + the 6 buttons underneath scroll lock for various functions for anyone looking to purchase one.an excellent product, it’ll be missed.

Pretty colors
Some of the keys squeak a bit but the colors are pretty. It’s bright enough I can see they keys before sunrise but does not blind me. And it feels sturdy. Plus, the buttons are lifted so no dust bunnies or keyboard crumbs.

I bought this keyboard for work and school. I like it so far, however, I find that it is pretty loud when I type with it. The noise is kind of annoying especially since I do a lot of programming and typing. Aside from that, it’s an ok keyboard.I like that I can customize the lights and speed. I can turn off the lighting if I want, but personally, I like the colors changing. The keys feel cheap, but that’s because it is haha. You get what you pay for. The letter N has rubbed off after a couple of weeks of use, so I’m disappointed.I had an expensive keyboard that started giving me issues, so I replaced it with this one because it’s much cheaper to replace if it breaks. I was looking for something functional and cheap, and this one does the job. The only thing is I wish it wasn’t so loud to type on and the letters rub off. It’s still a great deal for a light up keyboard.After using the keyboard for several days, it started making a lot of noise from the space bar. It was horrible! I put some WD-40 on a q-tip and rubbed it on the spring under the spacebar and that seemed to help.The space bar sound from the spring makes me think of a cymbal if it was super tiny. Since I use the spacebar like all the time, I hear it constantly and it’s really annoying.I work on the computer all day, every day so my keyboards get used constantly. I suddenly started having problems with it. I couldn’t get the space bar to work – I immediately assumed it was the keyboard at fault, but after testing out another keyboard I had the same problem. It turns out its a software issue that has to do with Windows.If the keys stop working, first check to see if it is a software issue causing the problem. Turn off “sticky keys” and “filter keys”, then try it. That fixed it for me.So.. overall, this keyboard works, but it’s kinda loud and the letters rub off after a few weeks of daily use.

I needed a quick replacement for my gaming keyboard (rip) that I accidentally killed due to a glass of water I left out that my cat knocked over.I had to save up for a better one so I ordered this one in a pinch.Based on the other reviews I didn’t expect it to last as long as it did, technically it still works but the keys most used had all the black finish wear off, and some of the WASD keys wore out and needed a lil extra pressure to engage.If you just need a placeholder functional keyboard until you can afford something better, this one will get the job done.I ended up using it for almost a year before I gave in and plugged in my upgrade.

Decent keyboard, but the black on the keys keeps wearing off
While this is certainly a good keyboard for the price, there are two things you need to be aware of. The first is that there are no instructions, so you need to sort of experiment to discover the lighting/settings features, which, incidentally, will always revert back to ther default rainbow setting whenever the computer is shut down. The second is that if you have fingernails that are long enough to contact the keys at all, you will, in short order, wear off the black coating, which will then allow light to shine through. I have alrerdy had to touch up two keys with a felt tip marker. Update as of 09/22/24 Well, the key issue hasn’t improved, and has actually gotten worse. I could keep touching up the keys with a black marker, but frankly, I’m just tired of the whole thing so I’ll just end up ordering a new keyboard to replace this one. Deducting two stars for tha annoyance and lack of quality.

This keyboard looks cool at first but doesn’t hold up thru use
I was so excited when I first plugged this keyboard in. The lights are so cool, they are bright and colorful and move really neat. After about a month of using it, the finish on the keys started showing some signs of wear. After about 3 months, some of the keys were not legible at all. Soon, after that, all of the finish on most of the keys was gone. Luckily I am an avid typist and do not need to look at the keyboard to type. If you are a hunt and peck typist and you need to see the letters on the keys…this is NOT the keyboard for you. It is really disappointing too since I love the “clicky” quality of this keyboard. I wish I could find one just like it that did not look like complete crap from me using it. Overall….this is pretty cheap quality stuff.
