Could Not Be Happier!
I was hesitant to purchase this, as you may be, so I want to alleviate your fears. One review here pictures a very rough looking computer, and the other mentions small scratches. The description mentions a âfresh installâ of the OS and a new adapter, which makes one think itâs been monkeyed with. Plus, the generous amount of RAM and SSD storage, plus having a retina screen, make this deal seem too good to be true. Well, Iâm here to tell you fear not, this is a fantastic like-new computer and a great bargain. BUY IT NOW if youâre even considering a used Mac!Mine is VERY hard to tell from new. The battery charged up to 100% and I have been using it for hours for two days now and itâs still at 89%! Screen is beautiful, it is fast and a joy to use. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

Defective
This is a 2018, not a 2020. Cannot get past the login screen. When I was setting it up, i got a password not acceptable error, then it changed to the login screen.

I was sent a refurbishment laptop and it was making loud noise
I had to return my laptop cause it was making a loud fan noise so I rate this a zero
I might be fake , took 8 tablets already and nothing happened. –
