LOOK FOR U-8 WHEN YOU PAIR NOT D-20 OR D-20X
The instruction manual says to look for D-20 or D-20X when you try to pair these earbuds. THAT IS WRONG! The CORRECT one to look for is U-8!

Works well, good value
These headphones have a similar style to the Beats brand in the photo so I am comparing them where possible.Build quality: they are certainly lighter than the name brand and I would assume not as durable. For the price though you canât expect to be equal. They claim to be water resistant but I have not tested them.Function: connecting via Bluetooth is fast a reliable. No issues whatsoever.Sound: not bad. I am by no means an audiophile but these get the sound from your device to your ears. They do handle left/right channels as they should. Volume is quite loud and would be sufficient on an airplane with the background noise.Comfort: fit about the same as the beats and do come with different sized rubber inserts. I like the style wrapping over my ear because they do stay put.In summary the headphones get the job done and are really inexpensive. They are a good choice for a tight budget, a spare set to travel, or even for children that might not be ready for premium ones.

Works good
The sound quality is average, it is meant for wear, but the disconnection rate on this is a higher than average. The length of time it works on a single charge is a few hours. Overall not the best buy. It does come retail boxed and is giftable, but I would only use this for airport travel not for work outs.

Does not keep a charge
I just purchased these on 11-16-24. Before I used them I charged them up fully and after 3 hours of use they go dead. I think I got a faulty pair .

Ok sound quality but lacks USB-C charging
The AUKEPT U8 earbuds offer decent sound quality for the price. The over-ear design and IPX7 waterproof rating are a plus for workouts. However, the micro-USB charging port feels outdated. It would be much more convenient if they used USB-C.

Suprisingly good quality!
I got these for my husband to replace his air pods (I know!!!!) – his air pods would fall out while he was running and he wanted something to loop over his ear. He really likes these – the sound quality is suprising and they stay put. Only drawback so far is that the cord stays on (which could be a plus though) to keep the set together. But very good wireless OTE buds for the price!

they work!
For $6 I thought there was a decent chance I’d get a couple of earplugs with no wires in them or anything. Instead, this is a functional pair of workout earbuds, with a strap for hanging them around your neck when you aren’t using them and ear hooks to hold them in place. The same button handles power on/power off / play / pause / activate AI assistant / and accept or reject call. It’s easy to get a result different from what you wanted, though the earbuds try to help by announcing what they’re doing in a heavily accented Chinese woman’s voice. The volume up and down buttons also handle skipping tracks forward and back. That’s normal. But a short press changes tracks and a long one changes volume, which seems weird, and the back button makes things louder, which is also weird. These buttons feel incredibly cheap, and if I had to guess, this is a significant failure point. At some point, they’ll fall out or just stop working.Honestly, at this price I’d have given four stars if only they had equipped this thing with a USB-C port, but it’s micro-USB, which is a bridge too far, so three stars from me.

For sub 10$, they’re great cheap headphones.
First, these are in no way waterproof. They’re cheap, and cheaply made. The cable that connects them is way to long, and they’re incredibly light. The sound is mediocre. Battery life is decent. All that being said, they are sub 10$ headphones you can toss in your pocket and bring with you without worrying about it if you lose them or break them. Pick up a pair for an extra set. Don’t pair with them on – the built in connecting and power on voice is max volume.
