Working properly as described by seller and in the purchased users guide. I use it almost daily and continue to find it enjoyable. If not identified as refurbished, one would assume it is new. They were very responsive and were even willing to send the replacement unit while my return was still in route to them. The unit I received as a replacement was in better than excellent condition with extended battery life. The unit they had available also came with a much larger storage capacity than the one I ordered. The instructions they sent for returning the unit to the original operating system were spot on. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good deal on a refurbished Apple laptop..

Disappointing Experience with My MacBook
I recently purchased a MacBook, and I was initially excited about the prospect of owning one of Apple’s iconic products. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment when, after just two months of use, I started experiencing a severe screen flickering issue. What made matters worse was that this problem occurred without any physical damage or accidents â it simply happened out of the blue.The screen flickering issue left me utterly frustrated, especially since it happened while I was traveling abroad. I was unable to return the product within the allotted timeline for returns, and that added to my frustration. I had expected a higher level of quality and reliability from a premium product like the MacBook.The laptop was used rarely and the flickering screen significantly impacted my productivity It was impossible to have any form of entertainment with the constant distraction of a flickering display. I attempted various troubleshooting steps and updates, but none of them resolved the issue.Overall, my experience with the MacBook has been far from ideal. The product’s reliability and quality were not up to the standard I expected. which has always been known for its high-quality products. It’s frustrating to spend a significant amount of money on a device and then encounter such a serious issue shortly after purchase. I hope you addresses these quality control issues, as I believe you should stand behind the quality of their products, even after the initial purchase period has elapsed.

Charger
Laptop works fine. My issue is the charger. I thought it would go away after a while but it wouldnât. It kept switching in between charging and not charging.I tried my iPad charger and the problem was solved.

Works great, low battery healthy (possibly inaccurate in apples settings) wrong power adapter
First, I want to say the product it self has some minor barely noticeable scratches on the top and front of the casing where you open it. So thatâs not a big deal. Everything else, the screen, keyboard, touchbar, and usb-c ports , have been great and working well. I havenât done anything graphic intense to test out the Radeon video card so I canât say how powerful that really is, but I have a gaming PC for that anyway.The battery health is supposedly 84% however, I canât get a good idea on that. The max charge capacity when I check fluctuates between ~4800mAh and 6100mAh BUT it did only show 158 cycles on the batter for an almost 3 year old device. The downside is the battery drains very fast. I had an issue where I shut it down around 50% power and few hours it did refuse to power back on showing a dead battery until I plugged the charger in.Also CHECK the charger you receive. My laptop requires a minimum 85W model and I received a 61W charger. I verified this after a bunch of time spent with Apple Support who couldnât run remote diagnostics on the battery due to the incorrect voltage from the charger. The seller is supposed to be shipping the correct one to me, currently waiting on the tracking number but they had to verify information and make sure I didnât lie to them (which is fair. The adapters are not cheap if If itâs an apple brand adapter).Another plus was the one I got did have apple care enterprise until 6/2022. So Iâm luckily having apple taking a look at the battery issue.

Worth Every Dollar Spent
So I already had a MacBook Pro from 2014 which I have been using since 2014 until today. When I got this 2019 MacBook Pro, I thought it would be similar overall but I was wrong! First, the texture of typing is waayy better because the keyboard is different in the latest version (MacBook Keyboard was always the best even in the past but now they made it even better). It is infinitely soft with amazing touch and texture. And the sound system was what really shocked me. Not only was the sound quality waay better than 2014 MacBook Pro, but it could get damn loud…. yes, the internal speakers could create such loud sound… I tested the volume by playing some loud music… it could get extremely loud… not to mention the sound QUALITY was top of the line. And now the heart of the computer which is the speed/performance. Well, I don’t even need to explain… MacBook Pro is one the fastest laptops out there(and I noticed it’s even faster than other laptops with the same CPU because the Mac OS is built).If you’re one of those people who love to pay more money but get the superior product in every way, it is definitely the best choice. If you’re going for a cheap “most bang for the buck” product, then maybe it’s not the right choice.
