The only downside to this expensive all in one is the sound quality. Listening to music on Spotify is just okay, I haven’t tried hooking up high quality external speakers. However, Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings are very crisp and clear. The video camera is very clear and sharp as well. Oh another downside. The keyboard and mouse feel very cheap and take triple a batteries. I replaced these two items with Logitech MX keyboard and mouse. The guts of this model that I have run smoothly, quickly and without lag. I have my email, excel 16mb spreadsheet and spotify running all at the same time without lag. It comes well packages and protected. Screen clarity and sharpness is muy Bueno. Besides the cheapish mouse, keyboard and musical speaker capability, I am completely satisfied.

My 19 year old saved his money to buy this computer. Screen is huge. Graphics are perfect. Lighting fast. The customer service is excellent and they get right back to you. I had a technical support question. They connected to the computer remotely and answered the question in less the two minutes.

Very Fast
Computer arrived well packaged and the UPS driver was kind enough to put the box in my office. Setup was easy once I figured out how to turn it on. The screen is remarkable. This replaces my 13-year-old HP Pavilion. It downloads so fast. I am looking forward to years of happy use. This computer required several updates for the full configuration to be installed, but it is exactly as described and I love it.

I work in marketing and needed a super machine for design projects. This computer is AMAZING. I had a little issue when I first purchased it, but tech support took immediate action to help me solve it.

No Issuies
I’m no longer as tech savvy as I used to be with computer specs, but I know what I need, and this provides that to a satisfactory degree. I work with heavy graphics files and images in PowerPoint and Illustrator, and this computer is able to handle them very smoothly. Attempting to create, edit, and render complex videos is still on the slow slide, but I wasn’t aiming for specs particular to video editing. The display is gorgeous, but the sound is lacking. I’m currently looking for some speakers to accommodate.Customer service is excellent. Within one week of purchasing the computer, it quit working. I suspect the bios was updating, and I turned it off without realizing it, which you’re not supposed to do. I put in a ticket and within a week (a day or two, I think), someone from the tech team called me to help. When that didn’t work, he had me ship the unit to him for repairs. It took less than a week to fix and was shipped back to me super fast. Since then, I’ve had no problems. I saw the bios update happening this time, and didn’t interfere.
