Looks and Runs Great!!!
From hearing about what others were saying about the 2011 model I was expecting it to be very outdated and had prepared myself, but this is really great for a first time Mac buyer. It does everything I need it to within a timely matter. Very good for school use or college and it came in very nice condition.

Dead battery after 3hrs of use
Battle died after charging when I opened the package, and used a total of less than 3hrs, dead dead, like even plugged in would not turn on, the Apple Store would not change the battery, so i bought one on-line and changed it myself

Absolutely useless junk
This MacBook was bought last October. The laptop has been rendered useless shortly after the return window has closed. The battery barely holds, and the software is outdated. Nowhere in here did it state I would be buying a 2011 MacBook! That was deceiving! I canât get something simple like Word installed because itâs outdated! Iâve reached out to Apple support to see if they would even consider giving some form of credit for an upgrade. Needless to say, itâs âtoo old and not worth a penny but theyâd be more than happy to recycle the laptopâ for me. Amazon should do the right think and replace this for me!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

functioning halfway
I use my MacBook I know its a little older so its like what do you expect but still some programs don’t run as smoothly especially updates been through apple support plus more I will say it does work with some social media sites and calling but it does move really slow be waiting 10 minuets just for an app to open and App Store is not updated to this year so any social media apps I was using were on safari which crashes out most of time I expected better.
