Almost brand new looking – and they went above and beyond
I was so nervous about throwing 300 bucks at a not new product, I honestly worried so much that I already started making a backup plan to buy another item brand new if this one wasn’t in the condition they promised in the description.It arrived in a plain package, the ipad bubble wrapped and the accessory cord and plug wrapped separately. When I opened the bubble wrap I was just blown away at the mint condition ipad they sent me… and a business card stating that they professionally pre-installed a screen protector for me… I almost wish I would have done an unboxing video because this is almost the opposite of what you expect from a refurbished or renewed product..jI couldn’t possibly have been more impressed with the condition of this ipad 🙂 I immediately prepared for the worst since it looked so nice, there had to be something functionally wrong with it – so I hit the power button and got the completely empty battery graphic on the screen. I figured that could be for a number of reasons, and made no assumptions just charged the battery till power on was available.Powered up perfectly, set up the ipad while continuing to charge and was in love with it by the time I was finished setting it up. finished charging and did an immediate battery life test by turning on my spectrum tv app and letting it just run for 4 hours. after 4 hours, I had 60% battery left. Satisfied that it works perfectly I opened the new case i bought for it, installed it and put it away for later since I’ll be using it just about every day from now on :)This is one VERY satisfied customer who will definitely shop from this seller again.

GREAT buy!
I purchased this for my toddler and I’m glad I did. I saved so much money not needing the latest and greatest. Because this is a trial run for my daughter, but she had to have apple like her mommy. This arrived quickly thanks to amazon! The iPad is in such good condition! It has literally only a couple minor scratches on the top and bottom screen (but I pay close attention to detail, so that’s how tiny they are. No biggie). The seller also included a charger, block, and some pretty nice packaging. I also didn’t realize I opted for the “Excellent condition” mini4, but I’m sure if I would have did the next down it still would be in great condition. Pleased with my purchase!

I returned this item. The negative reviews on the sellers page about him NOT RESPONDING TO MESSAGES and FAILING TO PROCESS REFUNDS FOR RETURNS seems to be true so far. My refund has not been processed and I had to contact Amazon Customer Service to intervene.Ipad Review Itself:The item was working fine but I bought this in “Excellent Condition” solely for listening to music, yet it clearly has visible scratches, dents, and other types of cosmetic damage on both the screen and all sides of the product.Should have been listed as in “Good Condition or Acceptable Condition” instead.And oh my lord the battery life is actually ATROCIOUS!!

Save BIG $$$ When You Don’t Need the Latest Model
I have one of the newer iPad Airs that I use every day but there are occasions when it’s just too big. I also worry about the sensitive data that could end up in the wrong hands if lost or stolen. So I tried using an old Amazon Fire Tablet I had lying around, but it’s too hard to get data in and out of that device. It’s processor is so slow you don’t know if it’s hung up or crashed or what. I looked at getting the latest iPad mini, since I’m already in the Apple Ecosystem, but the Mini is about the same price as the iPad Air. So, I thought I’d buy an older model with a lot of RAM to store movies. So far, I’m very happy. The device looks brand new and the battery seems to be performing like new. Set-up was easy since I just paired with my iPhone. I can’t do any serious work on it without a keyboard, but that’s what my regular iPad is for. This one is just for watching videos when I travel and for use at the gym.

My first generation iPad Mini has grown long in the tooth and become very slow as it’s not upgradable to a newer iOS. I was reluctant about buying a refurbished model, but I have to say I am extremely pleased with this refurbished iPad Mini 4 with 128 GB of storage. Functionally it is perfect and has given me zero issues. The appearance is also excellent. I was worried that, being refurbished, it may have scratches or other minor defects, but it is pristine. There is no difference I can detect between this and a new one, except for the price, which I think was a very good deal. I’m extremely happy and would recommend it anytime.
