Comfortable and adjustable
I bought this for my daughter to use for studying. It was easy to put together, is adjustable, and has great lumbar support. Very sturdy, just the right amount of firmness and is an overall comfortable chair.

At such an affordable price, this is one magnificent chair!!
The instructions aren’t great, and i’m not all that skilled with tools and setting up furniture. Without me hurrying – setting up this chair took me about 45 minutes. If i’d hurried, i think i could have set it up in 30 – 35 minutes.Good quality materials, the included allen wrench works great, and everything snaps together as advertised.Note: when installing the five little caster wheels at the base – it takes so much brute force, i started thinking they’d included the wrong size. But no. Just required a lot more ‘push’ than i’d expected.Upon completion, the chair was ops-checked by my blushing bride, and she loved it too. She declined my gentlemanly offer to trade chairs with her, but said next time she needs one, she’ll probably get this ‘BestOffice’ Ergonomic Office Chair.Just one problem: Sometimes the chair leans back. But sometimes it doesn’t. No way to control this, and from reading other reviews, i’m not the only customer to report this inconsistency. But it’s not a dealbreaker; just something of which to be aware.In summary: overall excellent product, easy setup, good quality materials, and affordably priced. Get this item! I think you’ll be very happy with it! 🙂

It was a $24 chair.
I have no complaints with its price but for other potential buyers:Itâs not for people with some junk in the trunk or wide hips. Make sure to check measurements.Some of the screw holes did not align with anything.Assembly was easily done solo and straight forward outside of the missing screw holes/alignment. Itâs surprisingly comfortable as well. Tilt is minor but honestly Iâm a little too afraid to tilt back too far.Looks like a normal office chair, color matches the images. Back is sturdy and supported.Only major complaint is that itâs a little wiggly/wobbly. But it was a $24 chair and I wasnât expecting perfection.

Got this as a guest chair in my home office. On a Black Friday sale. Small enough for young children but big enough for average adults. Good fit for my use, and comfortable. Easy to assemble.

Good replacement in a pinch
Upon receiving the chair and getting all the parts out to assemble it I was relieved to find out how easy everything was to put together it is very sturdy and comfortable and for the price and a pinch it was a good buy

It’s fine – nothing great but at the price point, it’s 3 stars. My biggest challenge was assembly. It was difficult. If you’re looking for something to get you by then go for it. I’m not returning but I probably wouldn’t have picked up if I bought IRL.

Fits perfect
This chair was exactly what I needed. It’s sooo lightweight and rolls around with ease. My age is 67 so I gotta be conscience about holding the chair until I get seated or it will roll out from under me. I’m 5′ 10″ tall and 215 lbs. The chair fits like a glove, has the perfect height for my long legs. I could sit in it for hours and remain comfortable. I love it. I’m looking forward to the cool mesh in the hot days of summer. I’m so happy I bought it.

absolutely CANNOT be put together correctly
I have build alot of furniture in my day. you could say I actually enjoy it. So when I heard my husband throw this chair across the room after trying to put it together for approximately an hour, I was sure that I could pick up the pieces and fix the problem. Armed with excessive patience, I first tried to fix the problem. My son informed me that they had put it together per the instructions, but when they tried to tighten the bolts, several of the bolts fell out causing it to fall apart. I first tried to fix it, using some of the skills I have learned over the years.I have learned put bolts in that are criss cross from each other to balance the tension (hope that makes sense). The bolts absolutely would not stay in at only 50 percent tight. The instructions say to only tighten each bolt 50 percent until the very end but if you do that when you stand it up it will fall apart. You had to screw them in tighter for them to “catch” because of their length but then if you do that, because of the tightness, it causes the holes that have not been screwed in yet to be off. Just a little building stuff 101. I’m surprised anyone was able to build this chair successfully.After trying to fix what my husband had started, I literally took the entire chair apart and started over. This exercise was futile. Although I again tried my criss cross tension method for balance, The holes didn’t line up well and several times I screwed in a bolt into nothingness for a very long time until I realized it wasn’t going into anything.Overall, I spent another 3 and a half hours on this before giving up.I read several highly rated reviews noting the bolts didn’t line up. The summary review gives this chair a positive rating for “ease of assembly” that could not be farther from the truth if you actually read the reviews that people write.Also the tilt feature does not even work according to many, many reviews. this was our experience as well. I wasn’t able to determine any mechanism as to how the turn dial would have ever caused the chair to tilt. Seems it’s just a dummy feature.This chair is trash. It is very firm, a nice black color, and does look better than the normal ET looking chair you can get assembled from Walmart.I feel sorry for you if you end up buying this chair.
