Great sound but needs filter
Wanted to start making videos and my headset mic wasnât cutting it. This mic seemed like a good cross between functionality and affordability so I gave it a try. It sounds so much better, but like every mic youâre going to want a cover or pop filter for it. Kind of irritating it doesnât come with one but minor nitpick.Set up is easy, just take out of the box and hook up to the PC via USB. Had no problem with the pc recognizing it.One weird thing is that it unmutes itself when the computer goes to sleep. Iâm not sure why. Havenât been able to figure that out so I just unplug it when Iâm done. Minor thing and could be some weird settings on my computer but still annoying. The mic has a red light when itâs on though so itâs easy to see when itâs active.The quality of sound is really good, it picks up sound so well I had to put a filter on to keep out the AC noise. Itâs not that hyper clear super close up warm sound you get with high end mics, but this is perfectly fine quality for most hobbyists, amateurs, or even if youâre just looking for something better than your gaming headset mic.Overall Iâd say well worth the price. Itâs exactly what I needed.

Good Standing Mic for Gaming, Discord, and Meetings.
Works right out of the box. Quality sounds good and I have had no issues using this in games and discord. I often have to mute a meeting or discord when someone enters the room so the “tap-to-mute” feature is great. I’d recommend getting a stand for the mic to attach to your desk and you can hilariously yet efficiently tap the mic with your face to mute.

Amazing
For years I would wear headsets to play games and be in discord calls, but the way headsets would flatten my hair was the worst. I ditched headsets altogether and got myself this mic back in August 2021. Iâm still using it now in October 2024 and itâs the best. There is one thing to say for anyone going to buy it though. It does pick up a lot of noise. Keyboard clicks, other people talking in the room, basically everything. However, if you have an RTX graphics card, download NVDIA Broadcast and it should solve it. It cuts everything out and only your voice, and other nearby voices would be heard. If you donât have an RTX chip then maybe this isnât for you if you mind background noises.
