Awesome Chromebook
I needed a decent laptop for work & school, & I definitely found it in those one!! I love it & I highly recommend this one to anyone!! Its so functional & definitely worth it.

A year and a half and it’s still perfect.
I bought this for my business a year and a half ago (at least) and it’s still working perfectly. The battery hasn’t lost a step, despite leaving it dead about 3 months once. The screen is bright, touch sensitivity is high and it can run multiple applications at the same time and switch between them fast. I use my phone to hit spot and it connects quickly. Best bang your buck laptop out there. It’s taken a few drops as well and held up fine. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, this is a good buy.

Product is great, but seller is awesome!
Original product arrived with a small defect in the screen with some dead pixels. Knowing it was a refurbished item, if it was off to the corner or somewhere inconspicuous I would have just let it go, but it was right smack in the middle of the address bar and I just couldn’t live with it. Contacted the seller who is very responsive and initially offered me a discount to keep it, but when we couldn’t agree on a reasonable discount, seller paid for return shipping and shipped me a new refurbished unit very quickly that appears to be like new after using it for an hour or two today. Thank you DNCL-TECHZONE for being very professional, fast, and standing behind your products!

Two broke exact same way.
My original stopped working within days of receiving it. And the replacement stopped working a week after receiving it. If I knew I would have such issues I would’ve just bought new. Very disappointed with refurbished items. I will not buy refurbished again. I will say that Amazon customer service was spectacular with helping return my money. And all I had to do was drop the laptops off at my local kohl’s. It was very fast and efficient. The only positive about this purchase.

Fantastic, I highly reccomend!
First refurbished purchase, and it did not disappoint! I love the computer, and the versatility is fantastic. I use the stylus almost everyday, and that was the main selling point for my purposes. The stylus is quiet because of a soft tip and the screen is BEAUTIFUL! Just a really fun device!
