Bluetooth Not What I Hoped
The phones were nice with great features which did not work for me in reality. I was really hoping that I connect my cell phone through the Bluetooth and answer both from the handset. I got my cell phone to connect but the call quantity was not there and calls were constantly dropping. I am not sure if this had something to do with my iPhone or having the base close to the router? I ended up returning the phone.

Vtech replaced the product when the base unit died after four (4) months…It was the power cord…
Not much else to say. Four (4) after purchase, the base unit quit working, so no more ringy-dingy. I would avoid this item unless you see an update where the vendor made it right.Vtech sent a replacement unit. The base was fine, but the power cord had quit supplying power. Once I plugged in the new power cord, the original unit worked as before.

Fairly easy to set-up. Negative comment is that you have to pay attention when replacing the receiver back in the base because it’s not an easy fit. Would have been better to have a deeper or more of a recline in the slot where the phone sits in the base vs standing almost straight up. Kind of annoying.

Screens Robo calls!
We got this system to replace our old answering machine/phone that quit after a storm. I liked the fact that there were two phones so we could now have a phone upstairs. It also said it blocked spam and robo calls. I was happy to see that! We sometimes get 12 a day and even though we don’t answer them, they still ring through. Well, not anymore! The phone just blocks them. I see on the phone that they were blocked and the number that called. Then I just clear that off of the phone. With this being an election year, the number of these calls is only going to get worse! And it’s now blissfully silent at our house! This was VERY easy to set up. And I also have set up numbers that can ring through and others are given the option of announcing who is calling or going to the answering machine and leaving a message. We are glad we bought this!

Quits Working Periodically
Purchased unit back in July 2024 to replace a previous VTech purchased in 2018. The handsets worked well until about October 2024. For the last 3 months, the phones have periodically stopped working. The phone will ring and the person on the other end is able to hear us, but we can’t hear them.This appears to have been a known issue and the workaround is removing the batteries from all the headsets and unplugging the base unit for 30 minutes before replacing everything. When this happens every couple days, it does get irritating, especially when these phones aren’t exactly cheap.

I bought this set to replace our older Panasonic set. I love the call screening feature the best. Now only calls you want get through. No more robocalls or scam callers. It works very well. The sound quality is very clear too. We bought one more extension for downstairs and was very easy to add on. I would defenately recommend them to anyone looking for the call block features.
