It Works Great with One Problem you can Work Around
Ok, I got this, the mic jack didn’t work so I sent it back got another same thing. I looked at the drivers despite it saying this works for Windows 10, the drivers only fully support Windows 8. So, what I did was plug my headphone jack into it, and plugged the mic adapter to the port into my motherboards mic jack. It works, but you have to hook it to a USB port close to the mic jack or get a 3.5 extension cord. Having said that it produces very good surround sound that has tangible benefits it lets you pinpoint footsteps, gunshot etc. The software is nothing special just has the options you need an equalizer if the mic jack worked it would let you change how your voice sounds so if you have Windows 7 or 8 you’re good to go. Also, if you have any kind of registry cleaning program if you do make sure to back up your registry before you use it, it can make it so it no longer loads, system restores would also be a good bet. What I do is I make a full back up my system drive using the incrementally setting so it basically only what’s changed and doesn’t use as much space. I use a great free program called “AOMEI Backuper” kind of lame name but a great free backup program. So, if restoring the registry or the system restore doesn’t work I can truly roll back my machine, and have it working again. With future Windows updates, I can’t say how it will hold up. It’s a good short term solution until you can find something that might work better for you. That basically sums it up.

Great considering it’s price.
I used this for several years, with Sennheiser HD 599 headphones. For it’s price, it was very good. I eventually replaced it with a sound module that was MUCH more expensive, and does in fact sound better than the Juke, but the Juke was quite reliable and useful for the years I used it.

If you’re expecting a product that produce a lot of great sound clarity, then this product is not for you. I tried this product with and without Roccat drivers, but the sound wasn’t good for my ears compared to another product that costs $100.Without the drivers on Windows, the sound quality is very poor and is limited to 16-bit 44000 hz. With the drivers (their Windows 10 drivers work on 11), you get 24-bit 96000hz. Sound quality has improved. The bass is decent, the mids are not as muddled, but the highs seem to loss its pitch. I cannot find a way to set an equalizer or improve the sound. I used it on a MINI-PC, but the sound quality from the MINI-PC was still better in terms of clarity.The oddest part of this product is how low the mic sounded with this unit, yet it has enough OHMS to push my can headset. No one could hear me on discord, yet the MINI-PC receives the mic input better.

A piece inside the port on my laptop that I use for my headphones was loose and created issues with the volume going up and down. This adapter, enabled me to use a USB port instead and now my sound issue is resolved.

Head phones work fine but the microphone on the head phones will not …
Purchased this item with a Roccat keyboard for my daughter last Christmas, she never installed it until May, she uses the German made Sennheiser Game One headphones. Head phones work fine but the microphone on the head phones will not work plugged into the Juke sound card. I have installed the sound card on two computers with the same result, one is running windows 10 and the other is windows vista. If we by pass the Juke sound card and plug into the computers sound card everything works including the microphone. I have contacted Roccat and their response back was they did not have a Sennheiser Game One headset to test the sound card with, they passed it on to elevated support, I contacted them again and all I got back was they have not heard from development. It is surprising they would not replace the $20.00 item which probably cost them less than $5.00 to make to see if the product I have is defective. Therefore I would not recommend anyone purchasing this product. Primary reason for purchase was to minimize the cables going from keyboard to computer.

Qualité du son très bonne, une 7.1 également bien précise de plus le logiciel permet de régler à peu près tout ce qui est un gros plus ( distance de spatialisation, logiciels surround, equalizer..) selon la qualité de la carte son embarquée sur une carte mère cette carte usb est un très bon choix de remplacement.

He tenido desde los famosos cascos sharkoon de 5.1 “real” hasta los nuevos kave, a una solucion de sennheiser virtual con una tarjeta usb con dolby headphone, y puedo decir que para mà la roccat juke es la mejor solución y la más barata si ya tienes unos cascos decentes. Ya que puedes elegir entre 6 o 8 canales lo que en términos prácticos significa que el panel de windows te reconoce los cascos como 7.1 o 5.1.Otra cosa que me ha gustado mucho es el software, sobre todo la opción Virtual Speaker Shifter con la que puedes cambiar los altavoces virtuales de sitio: es decir si escuchas bajo el dialogo te pones mas cerca el central a la vez que peudes alejar los otros para crear una sensación espacial bastante conseguida, es una opción que tiene muchas posibilidades y a la que se le saca mucho partido en pelÃculas y juegos.
