Excellent keyboard, excellent value
Let me address the only downside of this keyboard immediately: yes, there is a distinct (and to a large extent, intentional) clickety-clack sound the keyboard makes when keys are depressed. It takes a bit of getting used to, and if you work in an environment with other people within earshot, it could disturb them. So if that’s a problem, don’t buy this keyboard.Otherwise, it is excellent. First of all, it worked perfectly out of the box, unlike the first 60% keyboard I tried. Secondly, the all-important arrow keys are intelligently and ergonomically arranged. The function key that you need to press to access the arrow functionality is right next to the arrow keys making it convenient to hit with your pinky while using the other fingers to arrow around, OR, they can be locked into the arrow function if you prefer. Most importantly, the up arrow is directly above the down arrow, as opposed to using the W-A-S-D keys as arrow keys as many of these keyboards do, where the W for up is a bit to the left of the S for down, which I find super annoying.Back to the keys themselves: as an old-school touch typist, the key feel is the closest I’ve ever found to the classic IBM Selectric typewriter, and there is an intentional clicking sound each key makes when it is pressed. This click occurs exactly when the key is depressed to the point of activation, and is meant to give audible feedback. If you’ve ever fumbled a keystroke and not been sure if you hit it or not, with this keyboard you can tell by the click.So I really like this keyboard, recognizing that it’s a bit idiosyncratic and it may not be for everyone. But it is well designed and good quality, and saves me a lot of desktop space, so I gave it five stars.

Fantastic keyboard in this price range
At only $23, this is a fantastic keyboard, incredibly compact, mechanical and backlit. No non-senses or useless logos. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and can recommend it if you are looking for a good keyboard, that takes the minimum space on your desk. I don’t do gaming, so I can’t comment on this, but for regular use, this works great. I really like the feel of the keys -full size- and the lights are just perfect to work on low-light environments, not too bright, and not much light-bleeding in between keys, as I have seen in other budget keyboards.It is the first 60% keyboard that I buy for myself, and I have got to admit that it takes time to get used to it. I am a developer and I am used to have the numeric keypad, cursor keys and all the keys available on a full-sized keyboard that have been removed on this model. Of course you still have means to input all these characters, but it requires pressing extra keys. The most annoying one is the ~ character that requires 3 keys combined, but most people will never have to use this character in their life. I really appreciate the option to enable the cursor keys, at the expense of the right-side Alt, Ctrl, Win menu and /? keys.For everyday work, get a full keyboard if you have the desk space, but if your use is limited to browsing and typing mails, you can’t go wrong with this little keyboard. The space saving is huge when compared with regular full keyboards, even the modern ones.There are of course better options out there, but they cost at least double the price of this one.

Exceeded My Expectations
This is my first LED mechanical switch keyboard. For the price, it is INSANE. The features and customizability it came with is really impressive. It feels really nice to type on. It handles just like the $100+ options that you see in stores. Works great for my smaller desk in my home studio. The instructions it came with are very easy to understand so you’ll get used to it pretty quickly. Fun fact: I wrote the review using it 🙂

A solid keyboard with only one issue
The keys are solid and I adapted to typing on it quickly.My chief complaint is that it is very light, and so if you have it on a low friction surface it will move around on you. I put small pieces of light weight double sided tape on the legs and that was enough to keep it in place.An independent delete key would have been nice but it’s a 60% board so some of the sacrifices need to be made.

I recently purchased this for use showcasing a videogame at a convention. Unprompted, players commented on the great feel of the keyboard’s clicky switches. It’s not too small for normal gaming usage.There is some customization possible regarding which keys can be lit and which ones can’t. But the color pattern cannot be altered.Extremely high value for the price, definitely recommended.

Iâm not a gamer but my son is and he loves it! Smaller 60% keyboard is perfect fit for his set up – love the click sound of the keys (loud click – maybe obnoxious to some but satisfying for others) and functions exactly as it should. No delay. Used with laptop set up and RGB red dragon mouse. RGB works great – lots of settings for different light display. For the price this is a great little keyboard!

For 30 bucks getting n-key rollover and pretty nice quality blue switches and backlight is fantastic. I thought the keyboard was rgb lights but it is fixed colour LEDs. Not great for coding since you can either be in a mode that requires holding fn to access arrow keys OR a mode where you cant use forward slash and question marks. Kind of irritating but im sure I can get used to it after using it more. Love how compact and sturdy it is. VERY portable. So glad they went with USB-C. ALSO if youve never used cherry blue keys theyre LOUD and have a nice tactile feel. Great for home or personal office use but youll definitely be a nuissance in public. Would recommend if you NEED the small size and have a super tight budget, but if you can find an alternative i think a 70% would be worth having no overlap between / and UP. 4 stars, good product!
