Amazing
I was looking for a laptop for school but did not have enough money for a brand new one. I got this laptop in good condition just a few scratches other than that the performance is good. The battery life is amazing for the value I paid for it highly recommended.

The computer was nice but the screen is all messed up.
It was perfect except for the fact that the screen everytime I would move my mouse or even just on its own, the screen would start flickering. Pretty much the most important part wasnât working too well.

Battery issue but excellent customer service
We have multiple mac computers in the household but needed to buy one more for my younger son to take to college. Chose this model b/c we had a good experience with it. It was our first time buying used, refurbished, but decided to give it a try since the seller had excellent reviews. Unfortunately, the battery did not last long enough and we contacted the seller. They replied right away offering an exchange or free return. Although we decided to return it (ended up buying a brand new macbook air 2024 instead), the seller was very helpful and super professional throughout the process despite the fact we encountered some issues. If we have to buy an used macbook in the future, I would def. choose this seller. I feel confident that they would make it right.

at first i was already having issues with the shipment of the macbook then when i received the device i opened it n it was sticky like glue got on it n the g key came off when i opened the macbook as well. i wouldnt spend the amount of time i did on this item to go through the hardships i went through for this device again.

You get what you pay for.
Product was good, minors scratches on top, and 2 keys don’t work. To be fair, the MacBook was bought an acceptable condition.Other than that product works great with no issues.
