Small, powerful, plenty of ram and disk space, easy to wall mount out of the way
I received two of the Beelink Mini S12 Pro Mini PC – 12th Gen Intel N100 (Up to 3.4GHz), 16GB DDR4, 500GB SSD, 4K Dual Display, WiFi 6, BT 5.2, 1000Mbps LAN – Low Power Mini Desktop Computer.I wan’t to replace a pair of headless computers I used to record with with something up to date and that could run windows 11. I was able to get two of these for much less than I paid for either one of the old computers. These are pretty awesome, I mounted them on the wall up off the desk top with the supplied mounts and have them running 24×7. I do have a KVM hooked up for when you absolutely need a direct connection (to set the bios for example, had to do that to get them able to reboot upon power being restored) but mostly use chrome remote desktop to access them.Their specs exceed my expectations of a $160 computer. Plenty of ram for what I needed and the SSD is more than sizable enough. All in all – these have been a great value. I just finished my first month with them and cannot be happier.

Great computer for working from home!
I needed a computer that could support dual monitors for my work-from-home lifestyle. This mini-computer is perfect for my needs. It is powerful without consuming much space. I run multiple programs and have several tabs open without any noticeable lag. It is quiet and efficient. For the cost, it is an easy choice.Update: I was able to connect 3 monitors by using a USB to HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter. It has to be a multi-monitor and not just USB to HDMI. Once I had the right adapter, it was plug-and-play. Three monitors running extended not mirrored. It is a game-changer for me! 2 are connected directly with HDMI cables and the 3rd with the adapter and HDMI cable. I had a hard time finding correct information about this so I wanted to post an update in case anyone else is trying to figure this out.

Very nice mini PC but….
I am very happen with the performance of this PC but the USB ports have power all the time even when the PC is shut down and cannot be changed in the BIOS as per the manufacturer. I returned it.

Excellent little PC
It’s pretty incredible what they packed into this quiet little box. Having the ability to add another ssd and more ram is awesome too. Great for running a server or even as a main system if you aren’t doing any serious gaming. I’d even use this as my main PC if I had another one just to save electricity and switch over to a full size desktop for when I play games. It’s great. Now I want a ryzen one too for that purpose. Super easy to setup and use.

Make like Nikeâs slogan and âjust do it.â
It deserves a 4 Iâm pretty sure so Iâm goving it a 4 I think… Iâve decided it. Itâs been hacked down to the BIOS/UEFI but thatâs not its fault. Itâs always got back up. I will say, if youâre a techie like me, the UEFI/BIOS is way too intensive but for the average user itâs ready to go out of the box. Other than that, this little guy is worth every penny plus another couple. The cooling system is done well despite in a way to save some coin for the customers like us, so I have worked this thing to the bone on 12 hour+ sessions straight and itâs maybe been even warm once or twice. I donât game, Iâm a Linux guy and Iâll leave it at that but anyone on the right side of that field knows that work never ends and I see $700+ standup machines by Dell or whoever at Walmart and Target whose specs canât touch this things and it amazes me. Because of the nature of my work Iâve had to hard reset this guy at least 15 times. Ive run nearly twice as many OSâs on it and it has stood up to every and any thing I can throw at it.The only cons is that a few of the BIOS/UEFI settings it comes standard with like âsecure bootâ being enabled need to be and it can get choppy but if youâre running into that issue on a 16G ram, you should have bought the 32 like me. Upgradeable as the little guy is, itâs more expensive after the fact, always. Much love BeeLink.*By the way⦠I bought and returned probably 3 or 4 competitors before going back to my original choice which was the beefed up 12 with LINUX. (Save yourself a few hundred over the lifespan of the thing, $40 at the counter, learn a little knowledge, mainly that Windows is a joke.) If Ubuntu ainât your thing, try Mint. Thereâs nearly zero learning curve, everything is free and built BETTER by the same developers in their off time 90% of the time for the love of the game.

Great little Plex powerhouse for a good price
I bought this to bolt on Ubuntu and make this a Plex powerhouse for some future 4k streaming. I couldn’t get Docker to install Plex so I just installed it on the Ubuntu core system. It’s been running great and never over 50% even when running the sonic analyzer. I’m looking forward to seeing if other people can stream movies just fine with no buffering issues. Otherwise, it was very easy to install Ubuntu, updates ran easily and it doesn’t seem to struggle with this newer gen processor. All in all, a great purchase for the price.

There are no instructions for transferring files
The size is great. The setup wasnât too difficult except for Microsoft itself. I was unable to transfer files even thought I was trying to just send from my windows 10 laptop to the cloud and then wanted to transfer them to the mini beelink. Noble ot figure it out so wound up paying Geek Squad from Best Buy to get it all set up. A friend of mine had purchased a mini processor called dreamquest and she said hers came with instructions on how to set up and transfer files. It is set up and working well at this point so thatâs not the issue. Just know unless youâre a whiz you may have problems especially transferring files.

i bought this mini PC to use as a small and cheap home server, its extremely quiet, you have to put your ear close to it to hear its fan on idle, and can support up to 2TBs of an internal 2.5″ SATA drive, i really recommend this for use as a homeserver, but its specs are really not good or suitable for gaming in case thats what you’re looking for
