Great laptop
I bought it for personal use. The screen is bright and clear. Anti-galre tested and worked well. Both Keyboard and touchpad are smooth. Backlit saved my eyes in the dark. The size is really slim and the weight is super light. I can easily carry it. Quick start and shut down no noise. Windows 11 runs great. I don’t use too many heavy applications so the battery lasts almost the whole day without charging. Had no problem with warranty, 3 year offsite support globally. Great coverage if you travel outside the US Highly recommend this laptop.

Nicer than expected
I generally have not been a fan of HP laptops in the last several years. However, this EliteBook is nicer and seems to be of higher build quality and more feature rich than I expected. The keyboard is outstanding with great spacing and firm travel to make it easy to type fast and accurately.Screen resolution is excellent and the overall feel and performance is so much better than my previous experience with other HP laptops. Highly recommended.(Plus, shipping was amazingly fast. I ordered late on a Saturday night, and it arrived on Monday)

Definitely Great Computer
Great Laptop and nice customer service. It’s a solid laptop. Quite fast and portable. Meets both my home and business needs. I read other reviews regarding the warranty so I checked it right after I received the laptop. It was three years but started two years ago so I contacted the seller. They responded quickly and told me it will take 3 to 5 days after purchase to update. After two days I checked the HP website and the warranty start date became the date I received the laptop. Now I have a full 3 years warranty with no problem! Great purchase for this kind of premium laptop.

Poor quality modifications that are not consistent with brand.
I had an hp elitebook for 4 years for work. It was undoubtedly one of the best machines I have used in almost 13 years . This machine does not even feel consistent with the branding and experience I have had with multiple HP machines. The quality is poor, albeit fast, anything can be modified to appear one way when really another. Feels like a bait and switch! Not good and had propensity to tarnish a reputable brand and product. In addition it states that it has windows 11, it has maybe a patch, but it has Windows 10 with a windows 11 app update which does not appear to be functional as it lists my device as âgenericâ with generic windows or windows 10 despite windows 11 software update. Not a happy camper!

Great product, faulty two times in a row
This laptop is excellent. I was looking for a 14-inch model that’s easy to travel with and offers strong performance for heavy programming tasks. The ability to upgrade the RAM in the future was a crucial factor for me since I want this laptop to last many years (especially since most Lenovo models have soldered RAM).Unfortunately, the first unit I received had random, frequent restarts on the first day, so I had to return it. The second unit worked fine for two months, but then the screen went black. Thankfully, HP’s global warranty covered the repair at no cost, but I had to wait 15 days for the parts to arrive and another 5 days for the repair.Overall, this is an excellent product at a great price, but experiencing issues with two consecutive units is concerning.

Shipped with Damaged Power Supply – Would Not Charge
Had to rush to Best Buy and purchase a new power supply as the one that shipped with this HP laptop was faulty. Thankfully Best Buy carried a proper replacement. Laptop is now running well for my client.

The ‘d’ key quit working after 5 months.
After 5 months the (lowercase) ‘d’ key stopped working. (No trauma to laptop.) Strangely, the capital ‘D’ still works. Amazon says the warranty ended after 3 months. I will follow-up with HP.
