This is literally the best VOIP phone Iâve used. I install these for a living. Simple plug in and let the network configure the phone for you. All settings are available on the providers website. Great quality sound with a solid feeling phone. Quality through and through. Highly recommend.

What isn’t bad about this product?
Upon receiving my product, I was unable to successfully get it up and running myself because their website was having technical difficulties. After spending 1+ hour on the phone, I finally got it set up. Now that it has been set up I decided to give it a try to find out that the audio on this device is the worst audio I have ever heard come from any phone. NOTHING can be understood – literally NOTHING.
The build quality: cheap (especially for a $180 phone).
Customer Service: They need more reps.
Price: Extremely overpriced & they forget to mention that you must use their phone services with their phone. This does not work with google voice or any other VOIP providers. Their services has the potential to be great, but when paired with this piece of garbage they don’t work at all. I also was unable to successfully make any calls from the computer app.
Overall – STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

i had to pay to use the phone when I am already paying my provider to use the line I just needed a new phone because my old phone broke and I don’t have a phone for my business. i don’t plan to pay just to use a phone makes no sense to pay 2 lines when I only need one
