Beware, this machine has some issues
I have an older version of this little machine and it had served me well. The issue isn’t with the computer itself it’s with the condition that it came in. It was advertised as being in new condition, but when I got it the power cord was slashed into places rendering it unusable. I decided to go ahead and use the power cord with my old surface go, which worked, but I discovered that although the seller says the machine comes with Windows 11, it did not it had Windows 10. I returned it. And to add insult to injury, you have to pay to send it back.

Did not come installed with advertised OS
This arrived quickly, which is great, but it’s advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Instead, it came with Windows 10 Pro. I could’ve purchased a cheaper device for Windows 10.

Surface go right back to Microsoft
I have had 3 surface go in our family and they all lasted years and years. Unfortunately this refurbished one froze up and was stuck on a black screen multiple times in the day we had it. Amazon took care of a refund just sucks to order it and not work.

As you can see on the picture. It came in a new package, not original. But display has clearly visible scratches.

El equipo llego en buenas condiciones. Lo uso mas que nada en las noches y por menos de 1 o 2 horas diario. Sin embargo despues de 3 meses ya no carga. No recomiendo comprar este equipo y mucho menos reacondicionado.
