Beat phone
This is the best phone I have had. It is extremely hopeful if do a lot of things outside the house. Travel or yard work. Loud speaker, no need to bring another Bluetooth speaker.

Ugh
Before purchasing this phone I made sure to compare all the specs against my a71 and it was supposed to win in every category except camera and screen quality. Despite having more ram and a faster processor, none of my apps would run smoothly. I didn’t expect much from the speaker on the back but the sound quality was terrible. This thing felt inferior to every smartphone I’ve owned since 2011. Having a mid level phone that’s 4 years old with less ram blow this thing out of the water tells you everything you need to know about it. And shame on you amazon for charging for prime membership and making me pay to send this thing back.
Good quality it a bit heavy back Camara could be revised lovely battery life spand speaker very loud but talking on phone speaker can use some work callers have problem hearing me clearly when on speaker phone but all and all I really love this phone –

Best unbreakable phone
Best bang for your buck. I was very impressed with the quality, physical operation of the device and the camera. Picture quality is amazing. Camera is very cool especially underwater. Has all the cool features that all the top of the line phones have for a quarter of the cost. I’ve had all the current phones from multiple brands and this phone operates equivalent to them and even better than most of them. Hands down Elefone has my business permanently.

Great phone, but Duraspeed is terrible, and battery life falls quickly.
This thing is tough, you can throw it. I’ve been using mine in an industrial environment for 6 months and it’s held up very well. The speaker is dying though, and Duraspeed, an unremovable app, will kill background processes and cannot be disabled, even though it says it can. Music apps, monitoring apps, anything that you want in the background will stop working. The battery life is quickly failing, it used to last 3-4 days at a time and now needs to be charged every day, or every other day. Still great battery life, but not as good as it was. The camera is also not great, but the flashlight is awesome and works perfectly. The phone itself is slow and glitchy sometimes.

Love my new Ulefone!
I got the Ulefone 16S Rugged Power Armor from Ulefone Direct on Amazon and I love it! It has a great speaker and charging hold. As well as a large storage capacity.I first had a Rugged 13 and upgraded to this one.And Ulefone Direct has excellent customer service! They assisted me with a return/exchange and they were the utmost professional and helpful company, they definitely stand by their product!I just bought a case for my phone from them too.Great product, can’t say enough good things about it! I definitely recommend, buy it- you won’t regret it!

Great value all around.
Great value. Worked right away with a previously astabliahed AT&T sim. Seems very rugged, it is thick and heavy but for me that is fine. Sometimes disconnects from my home wifi when I’m in the house, or the signal is weak when I’m still at home which it wasn’t with my previous older phone (galaxy 6). Navigation is a bit different than galaxy with no “home, back, etc” button at the bottom of the screen, everything is swiping. There are multiple “home screens” but doesn’t have the app folder or at least not that I have found. Only had it for a couple days so still getting use to it but it’s a great phone. Camera doesn’t seem all that great but for me it is good enough, haven’t used it much though. Came a day late but came on perfect condition. Came with tempered glass screen protector, charger, and small lanyard. All around good phone especially for the cost and options. Doesn’t have dual sim but 1 spot for sim and 1 spot for SD card, which is fine for me. Again it is thick and heavy compared to most phones but the battery life seems to be much greater than most of not all other phones I’ve had. Overall great deal.

Failure to deliver what is advertised
Have only had this phone for a few weeks and already having glitches, screen freezing up. The speaker is not very user friendly, there are no settings on changing base, treble etc. as well it isn’t as loud as you’d expect. At least not with how bulky the speaker is. Photos are ok, I haven’t completely explored it in totality but for the price of the phone I would say it’s fairly good.All in all I expected more from this company after giving it a second chance after my first phone from them stopped working all together abruptly and I couldn’t get any customer service of any kind from this company AT ALL!
