The seller is awful!
When I first ordered this computer it came in pretty quickly. Upon opening it (thankfully I did and didn’t wait until Christmas, as it was a Christmas gift for my son) there was little to no protection in the packaging of the pc. It was thrown loosely in the box with minor foam around it and I single used trash bag as stuffing. The pc was trashed it looked like someone dragged it across the ground. It was scratched like crazy! When I bought it the description said that it would be in “Excellent condition” it was not. I called and complained. I had to ship it back and wait for a replacement. The replacement took longer than the original shipment luckily though it arrived before Christmas. After setting up the computer on Christmas Day for my son we realized it did not have WiFi capability as it described in the description. I had to go out and buy a WiFi adapter on top of all of the money I already spent on the computer. I called again and they told me a million times that I should have an adapter that was included. I didn’t. It did not come with one. Then they refused to reimburse me for the amount I paid for the adapter that I should have received unless created a PayPal account because they can’t refund me directly to my personal account… even though they had to problem taking the money from my personal account! They gave me a partial $20 refund which I have yet to receive.The screen is ok and was packaged well.The keyboard and mouse were also packaged well but are of extremely cheap quality! Considering they are supposed to be gaming accessories I’m disappointed.The keyboard especially is disappointing. Some of the keys do not work properly and have to be pushed multiple times.The setup was pretty basic and not difficult.I 100% do not recommend I am extremely disappointed.

Great for the money
I got this for my 11 year old son for Christmas 2024.I had a 16 year old check out the ad.He said looks good.Shipping was fast here in less then a week .so far so good.Got everything advertised .Everything working.I put it together ,iam not a techie.I had my older daughter check everything I did ,,,I did it.So easy to put together.It says it is a HP but I think itâs a Dell.Every part of the way everything came up dell but has a HP name plate on the PC.My son loves it that is all that matters.All his games he plays can be played on this set up.

Good machine, but missed that it didn’t have a fairly standard feature
I probably missed this in the description, but the PC & Monitor interfaces didn’t match well. The Monitor had VGA & HDMI inputs. The CPU had only VGA & the other type whose name escapes me. Used the VGA

No operating system
This is my sons whole chrostmas present, a gaming system pc. IT CAME WITH NO OPERATING SYSTEM. so it is useless. I tried contacting the seller before writing this, no luck. Had to go through Amazon customer service in which the only thing to do is them to email the seller and they “would get back to me in 2 business days”.I have to now go buy an operating system for a computer that should already have one. This is not the best thing you should buy. Just don’t.
