Do Not Buy
The keyboard does not work. Mouse pad scratches to the point of almost cutting my finger. I know it is a refurbished unit. Scratches and blemishes are to be expected. But seriously none of the number keys work. Half the letter keys do not work. Do not waste your time or money buying from this seller. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Problems
I’m frustrated because it’s a good working laptop and will connect to the internet through a wire but it will not recognize my wireless internet router I have tried everything and it still does not recognize it

The two laptops I received were L7480 instead of L7440, I’m glad that happened. The laptops looked new, bright touch screen, and fancy touch screen. I’m specially very impressed with battery life. It looks like it can go for 7 hours (haven’t tried that much yet). Available USBC port that supports charging makes it easier for hubs and chargers. Sami Barbar, Sr. IT Manager.

The battery is ok, perfect enough for me to use diagnostic tools on my motorcycles and to surf the web in my garage while I’m working on all of my vehicles. I mostly keep it plugged in but it will also last you for more than enough battery if you decide to hit a local cafe for a few hours which I can also confirm I have done as well.

I by accident order two of this product and both laptops had the exact same problem. No matter what I tried they would not recognize my wifi network. It recognizes other networks but not mine. Even after I manually added my network and it says it was added successfully it still would not show up on the list of available networks. I’m in school in the last week of my semester. I don’t have time for this. All I can say is I better be able to return both of these useless things. And I would give zero stars if I was allowed to.
