Very good cantilever Keyboard
I got this for the cantilever feature. The other keyboard I had did not do that and it always fell over backwards if I took my hands off it. I was very worried going in as I have never had a magnetic mounted case. I was worried it would slide off and would not be protected if dropped. I was very surprised when this thing arrived. It holds my 12.9â iPad Pro like a champ, I have even already dropped it. I even dropped while it was open. Completely protected my IPad Pro, as it fell side first. I donât think this case exposes it anymore or less as compared to any other keyboard/case combinations. The IPad Pro even stayed mounted and didnât move. I was really surprised. I have no worries about protection from general falls. Also I have no worried about the IPad coming loose, the hold is strong. The keyboard is very well back lit, the Bluetooth works very well. Some functions like lock donât work, but I donât need it, nor would I use it if it did. All the features you need and will use work just fine. I have seen videos and people saying it doesnât work with the iPad, but I highly doubt they are pairing it correctly. Also I see where some say the track pad donât work. But it works fine as long as you follow the directions and turn assistive touch off in the settings. All and all this is a really good set up and it absolutely maintains posture when your hands are off and does not fall over. Well worth every penny and money saved since I didnât have to get the Magic Keyboard. This keyboard has a very good feel, keys feel strong and soft. I would buy another if I needed one, well I actually did for my 11â. So there is that.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I had a cover with keyboard on a previous iPad that I really liked. This one is much more refined!I like the way the iPad magnetizes to the case. It makes it super easy to remove for when you want to write or draw with the Apple pencil. The angle is good although I wish it tilted just a little bit more. Definitely not a deal breaker or reason to return it.The Bluetooth setup was completely painless. I actually set it up while I was waiting for my coffee at Starbucks. I like that the name “ESR…” comes up as the description for Bluetooth as opposed to some cryptic model number.I always like to have a back lit keyboard and this one has plenty of different colors. And, there’s a single button just for changing the color. It makes it easy to match your mood, outfit or surroundings.I can’t vouch for the battery life because I’ve only had it a few hours. Past experience with other like devices have been excellent so I expect it will be the same or better.I’m glad the case has no texture. It is smooth. If you handle it with filthy, greasy fingers expect to have prints. Simply wiping with a damp cloth should do the trick if it gets a bit smudgy. One thing I did not consider was the ability to fold the iPad all the way back. This keyboard/cover will not fold backwards completely for you to use in a ‘tablet’ mode. You’ll have to detach the iPad from it to do that. Finally, probably the biggest issue was a flap to cover the Apple pencil. Some of the other keyboard/covers I considered did not show as having a flap to cover the pencil when closed. If you’ve ever lost an Apple pencil and had to buy another you know! I need the extra peace of mind knowing that my pencil is not going to come loose and this case with the magnetic flap is superb.Overall I’m very pleased! Shipping was fast, the packaging was professional and the discounted price was budget friendly.

Not perfect, but really great
I have had this case for my new iPad for about a week and I waited to write this review so that I could give an honest opinion. I was recently using a Logitech Slim-Folio case on my previous iPad pro. The case was great and while I do recommend it, I always wanted the Magic Keyboard from apple, but I refused to pay that price for a case that doesnât securely hold my pencil in place. So when I saw the ESR case I was excited to try it. I have to say there are quite a few bugs that I really Dont like about this case, but unfortunately it is much more aesthetically pleasing and I guess I am willing to deal with the flaws. I will now list below what I like and donât like about the case.Likes:The price! The design – itâs very sturdy. Even the packaging that it arrived in was great. I also have friends say that you get more rang of motion with this case than their apple keyboards. The function keys- I love that this keyboard has function keys at the top like volume and brightness and others that the apple keyboard does not have. The magnetic flap that holds the Apple Pencil in place. I travel a lot with my iPad and am often throwing it into various bags. Having a case that a makes sure the pencil stays securely in place is important to me.Dislikes:There is a lag in the keyboard connecting to the iPad if it hasnât been in use for a while. It takes some getting used to and itâs not the worst thing in the world but it does get annoying at times.*** while I was typing this, the keyboard just disconnected⦠right in the middle of my typing⦠I had to turn it off and turn it back on again to get it to connect to my iPad. In the week that I have had the case, this is the most that I have typed and this is the first time that this has happened.***The function keys – While I do love that the function keys are there, I hate that I have to use the FN key to make them work. The Logitech case just has these keys as standalone keys that do not share any other functions.Swiping/Scrolling – half of the time scrolling and swiping on the trackpad doesnât work or it lags DRASTICALLY. Itâs really annoying. And to top it off if I try to swipe on the screen instead of on the iPad, that doesnât work either. Itâs like connecting the case to the iPad, disables me from being able to use the iPad as an iPad. Half of the time it works fine and half of the time it doesnât work at all. Additionally, when you want to swipe up on the screen to get out of an app, half of the time it doesnt work. As if youâre not even touching the screen. Iâm just wondering why having the case causes so many issues to the functions of the iPad itself. The magnetic flap – Again, while I do love âthe flapâ, I just donât understand why it is positioned at the bottom of the keyboard and not on the top where the iPad sits. It would be better if it could fold back and magnetically stay out of the way like the Logitech case. Having it down by the keyboard puts it in the way of your hands while you type. Now it may seem that my dislikes outweigh the likes, but I think I am going to try to stick it out with this case. I donât know if itâs possible that I could have gotten a âdudâ case and others might work perfectly⦠but idk man. I think you should give it a shot!

The ESR keyboard for the iPad 10th Gen is a great addition for anyone looking to use their iPad for productivity. The keys have a good tactile feel, and the setup process is straightforward. The keyboard itself is sturdy and pairs seamlessly with the iPad, making it ideal for typing long documents or emails without sacrificing efficiency. One of the highlights is its versatility; it acts as both a protective case and a keyboard, so it provides all-around functionality. However, one downside is that it does add noticeable weight to the iPad. While this isn’t a dealbreaker for those who prioritize durability and ease of typing, itâs something to keep in mind if you’re used to the lightweight feel of the iPad on its own.Overall, itâs a fantastic accessory if you want the feel of a mini laptop but donât mind a bit of extra weight.

Fast delivery! Paired in a flash! Easy trackpad instructions to maximize the efficiency of your device; integrated experience of trackpad, pencil, keyboard and touchscreen. I am actually using this iPad to its full potential now, love the design and the quality. Good features, smooth typing and customization possibilities. Does NOT fall over at max tilt back, very strong magnet, fast pencil charge and love the protective flap closure. Best option out there. Amazing value!

Very nicely designed case, easy to use, not bulky, comfortable when working on the iPad, very responsive keyboard. So easy to take the iPad off the magnet anytime, and put it back on. Reliable, quick Bluetooth connection, seamless. Highly recommended!
