Solid Machine! Great customer service
After having a machine from another company fail within three weeks of ownership, I was nervous about buying again in this fashion. The Yeyian PC has been a breath of fresh air. It’s a fast and efficient machine that has excelled at anything I’ve thrown at it so far. I had a minor keyboard LED issue and the company was responsive with excellent customer service and replaced the keyboard without issue. The interface is neat and tidy. There is zero bloatware, and parts are of good quality. I look forward to years of enjoyable use.

Ethernet port is just for show/ customer support non existent
I like to run my computers via Ethernet. Was setting it up and windows asked to connect to a WiFi network to continue setup and I was confused because I had plugged in the Ethernet cable. I test the cable on another computer and all good so I know it’s not the cable or router. Whatever, I connect to WiFi to get started and then open the device manager window and go to the network adapter tabs only to see there is no Ethernet adapter even listed.I call MSI support and they tell me that it’s a bad port and essentially useless. I try to contact Yeyian support, get put on hold, wait for a long while, and then hung up on.Another strange thing was when I started windows and set up my user account, I find that it set up a secondary user account “yeyian” automatically. This is very strange to me.Anyway, would’ve rated it a bit higher because it is a good looking computer and has good parts, but the lack of support (and just plain disrespect for hanging up after leaving me on hold for a while) and MSI support warning about faulty products being a common thing from not well known brands is the reason I went with one star.If you purchase one and it’s all good and working fine, it would be a great computer. But if there’s something wrong with it, good luck trying to get any help. Return it and buy from a well known brand.

And latency is pretty fast. My old PC yes you could tell the difference how fast it is.
If you play high, high powerful games, you can feel a little warm But anything else is pretty fast And is bang for you bucks and run very fast on my OLED LG monitor

Worth it
Not gunna lie, this thing works great!Great at 1440p, 1080 p and 100fps avg ready for not, 170fps avg cod warzone. Overall mid 100s for most fps games and have seen 200 plus on some games.I’d maybe add 2 more fans but at the price pretty solid, if I waited 2 weeks longer I’d have went with the 4060 gpu or maybe even one with the 4070 for a few hundred more. Solid machine. Will be upgrading parts but a great starter! Mouse is kinda not my favorite but it’s a mouse.
