Good quality for a used laptop!
It surpassed my expectation. All functionalities are normal and battery life is above 80%. With this price, you simply cannot find an alternetive

Not Dependable
The surface pro is very convenient to use and is based on a good concept. However, it’s not dependable. It can work well for a day or for a month, but one morning you will press the on button and nothing will happen. You can search up and down the internet for formal Microsoft solutions, discussion groups and instructional video.s.. There are many suggestions but nothing works. The surface will stay on lock down for a time lasting from two minutes to five days (the record so far), and it will turn on when in turns on. Then it can work again for a long time, or not such a long time… This is a problem that I also had with a previous surface, and the conclusion is that I will not buy any Microsoft products in the future. The current surface, however, also has it’s own unique problem: It’s internal microphone is not good and will not work with Skype. Again, I have been up and down the internet and checked every possible solution. As much as love the design of the surface – go and buy a laptop. And don’t buy anything from Microsoft.

Simplemente fenomenal
El producto está en optimas condiciones y los rayones son casi imperceptibles, ademas que llegó antes de fecha, estoy contento; lo malo es que dentro de la reseña del articulo dice que llegaba un surface pen y no me llegó. ¿Qué pasó ahi?

Surfaces are great but this “certified referbished” one? Meh. Lazy work all around.
So as far as tablets go, I love the surface pro, this is my second surface tablet and I know it won’t be my last they’re very practical and useful, battery life is typically good for what I use it for, the only qualm I have is that the surface has THE MOST fragile screen I’ve ever seen, you breath on it wrong and it will break. I dropped my old one and bent the frame slightly and no screen would ever fit quite right again no matter how straight it looked, hense the upgrade….If I were grading only on the surface this would be getting a higher review..as is… Lord…less than impressive. It comes with a pen…. An absolute trash $20 third party pen that eats batteries like a mofo. I bought this exact pen for my original surface and trashed it for its poor quality and going through 3 batteries in 2 months (for a pen, that’s rediculous). I replaced it with an actual Microsoft surface pen and have never changed the battery in it since I got it two years ago. Normally 3rd party stuff is reliable but not in this case. Absolute trash. It also comes with a crappy cheap charger that doesn’t even have a USB charging port like other third party chargers have to mimic the original surface charger. Literally I have a 3rd party charger for my old surface that I love, it’s 11 foot but besides that looks identical to the original Microsoft charger, and it’s like $15 here on Amazon, so do yourself a favor and get a different charger. Finally, there’s a sticker on the back of my surface that wasn’t even installed right, it’s crooked AND has bubbles. Rediculous. It’s purely cosmetic but come on….they couldn’t even take the time to scrap the bubbles out? It looks like they slapped the sticker on there to cover up a noticeably scratched panel (from regular wear and tear mind you). Trying to make the product look new and yet the noticeably poor craftsmanship made me inspect everything closer than I might have. When you opened the stand on the back it was also dirty, I didn’t take a picture of the grime as i was able to scrub it away with a shirt while trying to decide if it was permanent grime or just not cleaned in a while, so basically they didn’t even take the time to give it a wipe down. Lazy.Haven’t even powered this bad boy up and I’m already disappointed with the quality of the referb job. For the price it’s still good but jezz. I’m a big supporter of buying refurbished products, I’ve never been burned by a bad one, and generally the quality is literally like new, however this is the first time it’s a noticeably used and fixed product with lower quality. Yesh…..

Magnetic charging cable shorts out and must be replaced
Magnetic charging cable shorts out and must be replaced, in a very bad location on computer; Microsoft should know better. $25 each time.

Don’t use OneDrive
I don’t like that having OneDrive turned on causes the battery life to decrease a lot as well as causing the internal fans to kick on at max speed due to overheating.
