Don’t buy them the transmitter malfunctions
Waste of 130 if you ask me. First time ever buy headphones from turtlbeach and my excitement was for nothing. Not only did they not work properly but customer service prolongs the support until your warranty runs out then you’re stuck with a defective product and not even amazon offers any help. My advice store buying from Amazon or Turtlbeach and get a cheap 15 dollar pair from Walmart. Heck they probably would be more helpful.

I have had handfuls of turtle beach headsets and this one in particular is my favorite in terms of all round usage, comfort and pricing. The battery life really lasts 40 hours. Charging is quite fast too. The sound quality is good for professional use. I would highly recommend this headset compared to the 600 editions, spending the extra money is worth. Thank you!

Audio and comfort are a 5. Durability is a 1. My 4th purchase but kids love the headset; Xbox/window/bluetooth compatibility, but they keep breaking in the same place. Where the pad connects to the headset. Piss poor plastic.

Not as good as previous models
I had a stealth 700 gen 2 for like 3 to 5 years then the audio finally stopped working so I get this new model and Iâve had nonstop problems with it. #1 for some reason the audio is very static when I touch a certain part of the headset #2 the audio keeps cutting out occasionally #3 my chat wheel which controls party audio by default keeps randomly switching to mic monitoring when Iâve changed nothing on the app I have to keep resetting it to default settings. This is honestly the worst turtle beach headset Iâve had in the 10 years Iâve been using turtle beach extremely disappointed
