Iâm impressed by PDI electronics and their products.
Everything was packaged nicely and securely.
Upon opening, the device was flawless front and back.
After Apple Support ran diagnostic, I found out it was perfect with a new battery, 100% and 13 cycles.
I wanted a second and larger device for browsing and booking stuff when traveling, which slides easily into go bag and was nostalgic for this design, and Iâm so glad I got this.

Got a 5th gen iPad mini in âgoodâ condition (as stated) and it is indeed good. No scratches anywhere and battery life seems pretty good. Great quality product and a great price. What in the world is wrong with that? Iâd say absolutely nothing. ð

Good value
This is the second ipad mini 5 we have purchased refurbished. No problems whatsoever. Very good battery life and upgrades to newest system very easily. Syncs with phone for setup quickly. Only complaint, very minor, is that sometimes I have to hit screen multiple times to click on something-most likely my work apps and not the ipad itself, but no way to be sure since I use this as my work tablet only.

I use my iPad mini to fly. Apple changed the dimensions of the iPads. I did not want to replace all my accessories. This iPad 5 has been working great. Thanks.

I was a little hesitant in buying this iPad Mini because of it being a used one. Boy! Have I been surprised. It works perfectly. I tried to find something wrong with it and just canât. I would definitely buy it again.

Doesnât charge!
Picked this iPad out cause I didnât know if I was going to like having a small iPad. Ended up liking the size but what the heck! It didnât charge at all! Basically useless right out of the box! I returned it the same day it was delivered and I couldnât even return it to my local ups store (which is a 10 minute walk from my house) and they made me return it to an Amazon store ( which was a 30 minute DRIVE away from my place)! And the cherry on top is that it looks like I wonât get a refund for weeks!

Fast Delivery and perfect item
The iPad Mini came with overnight shipping and arrived in perfect condition. I sadly had to return it though because I made a mistake and only ordered the Wi-Fi version, and not WiFi+Cellular.
