Very nice PC built from quality components, assembled with care.
I’ve always built my own PCs, but health reasons made me buy a prebuilt for the first time. I was a little concerned, due to some systems integrators’ slapdash approach to build quality, but I needn’t have worried. This is a quality product that uses top-shelf components, assembled with care.
The PC arrived in very robust packaging, which was a good thing, since the UPS guy basically dropped the box at the base of my front steps and rolled it end over end up them to the porch. I fully expected a DOA product after that little performance. Fortunately, the outer box is protected by hard plastic protectors along each edge, secured by tight straps. A layer of foam holds the inner box, which contains the PC , itself additionally padded with foam. The GPU was preinstalled (something I’d prefer they didn’t do), but it had a correctly-sized piece of Styrofoam beneath it, to prevent breakage of the PCIe slot during rough transit. The rest of the PC’s interior was secured with expanding foam, which needs the usual care when removing, to avoid unseating/damaging connectors/cables.
Once unpacked, it was clear a lot of care had gone into the build. Cable management was first rate and all screws were properly tightened. The PC posted immediately and all fans and RGB functioned out of the box.
A quick check of the BIOS showed that all the performance-focused features you’d expect on a PC of this quality (XMP, Resizable Bar, etc.) were correctly enabled, something I’ve heard not all prebuild companies bother to do.
Component choice was very good. I understand that Skytech source their components from a range of vendors, so your PC may differ from what I got, but here are the components I received:
– MB: ASRock z690 C/D5
– CPU: Intel i9 13900K
– RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Kingston Fury Beast 5200Mhz DDR5
– Storage: 1TB MSI Spatium M450 M.2 NVMe’
– GPU: MSI Gaming Trio X RTX 4090 24GB
– PSU: Montech Titan 1200W 80+ Gold ATX 3.0 PCie ready
– AIO: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 (pump and radiator, fans are Phanteks stock RGB)
– Case: Phanteks P500a
– I/O: Skytech-branded wired keyboard and mouse
(FYI: Skytech doesn’t provide a component list with the product, so you have to figure out what’s installed yourself using tools like HWInfo etc.)
The Montech PSU is ATX 3.0 ready, so there’s only a single 12VHPWR connector to the GPU, rather than the 4-into-1 spaghetti Nvidia supply. This is a nice touch and makes for a much neater build.
Noise levels with stock settings are fine, the four Phanteks fans rarely audible under normal use. Things get a bit nosier if you’re playing a AAA game with ultra settings, but never to the point of annoyance. I considered adding an extra fan or two to the top of the case, but temperatures with the stock setup have so far been fine, so there’s no urgency to do so.
Performance is, predictably, great. Out-of-the-box, the PC scored 25,397 on the Port Royal benchmark, which is only a shade under the average for machines using the same components (most of which will be overclocked). A mild overclock would see it hitting 28k. With a bit more effort, the 30k+ results at the top of the table are achievable. Of course, this all depends on the “silicon lottery,” but I found that stock settings are perfectly fine for running the latest AAA games at Ultra settings. While I don’t need to overclock now, it’s nice to know there’s headroom for future-proofing.
The only thing I’d ding Skytech on is their customer support. After ordering, I got a lot of confusing emails from UPS, telling me the PC would be delivered “the next day” (for six days in a row.) I emailed Skytech support for clarification on whether the PC had actually been shipped, but heard nothing back. After receiving the product, I emailed them on another matter, and again heard nothing. They promise “2-3 business day turnaround,” but I’m on day 20+ and it’s still crickets. I’m not hopeful I’d receive any better treatment if I had a real issue.
In conclusion, this is a great PC that I fully recommend to anyone, as long as you don’t need to rely on Skytech customer support.

Worst experience
Absolutely dissappointed. I took a risk because I wanted a new PC with a 4090 and found this and it checked all my boxes. I was nervous at first being that there were almost no reviews and I havenât heard of this company, but I decided to take the risk. Big mistake, donât take the risk like I did. At first it started out odd, they print the shipping label two weeks earlier before they ship it out, which is strange but whatever. I also wasnât told what components the PC uses at all, and different parts from what the picture shows. They have a disclaimer saying parts can be different etc, which is fine but inform the customer than what parts you are using when theyâre spending $4k on a PC. When I finally got the PC 3 weeks after I order, it doesnât post. I look at a few things and notice the clip that unseats the GPU is first of all broken off, see picture. That was the first âoh noâ in my head. I work in IT so I do all the standard troubleshooting, reseating the GPU, RAM, resetting the BIOS, etc. All nothing. The VGA light is on the Motherboard is a solid red. I tried updating the BIOS using the Flash feature, still nothing. Thankfully I was set a quality check that was signed off, letting me know everything was okay! (Itâs not). If youâre reading this, DONT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Find a reputable seller and donât take the risk like I did. I paid $4k for broken pieces and a hunk of metal that doesnât work. Iâll updated my review if this can get fixed.

Works great!
Computer arrived earlier than expected, and in great condition. They even sent acc3ssories and spare cables in case mine break. PC runs amazing, absolutely silent too. Only 2 complaints are 1, signalrgb wouldnt change color on my gpu. I had to download a new app to get it to work. And 2, the front mesh sometimes vibrates when ur gaming, and thsts the only noise from the pc. But thats it
