Just like new
If you are like me, you are hesitant to buy a refurbished product. After reading several reviews, I decided to give it a try and am very happy I did. This iPad was in near perfect condition… No noticeable wear and tear. I noticed a teeny tiny speck (pit) on the glass when I installed a screen protector but I didn’t notice it at all until I was trying to remove it thinking it was a speck of dust and honestly I can’t see it while using it at all. The iPad functions as expected, after 10 days I’ve had no issues. Mine did come with a new charging cable, although it was not an original Apple product but it works fine. I had been on the fence about purchasing an iPad, knew I needed the pro for the size as I want to use it to read music. Love the screen size, and clarity! I have no regrets!! I did pay a little more for the premium condition but can’t tell it was ever used and for the difference in price, I am very pleased with my decision.

I was weary of buying a refurbished iPad at first but have had no issues with it so far. The speed battery life a as good as new it came with no blemishes and in nice packaging. My only issue was with the supplied usb cable. Would have thought it would have come with a better quality cable. But it wasnât a big enough deal to give it less stars.

Premium Refurbished Has no Value
The Ipad Pro which was supposed to be premium refurbished doesnât mean anything. The Ipad arrived locked and with the charge cord gouged so it was not making a contact to charge. Trying to return this item is proven to be more difficult than I imagined. Your best bet is to buy a refurbished item directly from Apple. This item was never inspected and it was shipped in a mediocre box.
