hunting a keyborad for the hunt and pecker
I am not a gamer. At all. I am a hunt and pecker, only marginally advanced to using two hands and four fingers. I found this keyboard as the only one with an enlarged size “delete” key. I use that key a lot.I LOVE the colorful keyboard. Since I have a recessed keyboard tray, the lighting is helpful, not just fun. I wish the punctuation keys had larger symbols. It is very difficult to distinguish the , from the . and for some reason I keep hitting the ; instead of the ‘. It is also too easy to turn caps lock on when shifting, which I realize is undoubtedly a me problem. The mouse is fast; I had to slow it down a bit. One feature I do love about the mouse is that it doesn’t reactivate sleep mode if you merely move it; you have to click. That saves a lot of unnecessary turning on of the screen. The only reason I am withholding one star, considering that most of the issues with this reasonably priced set are personal quirks, is that I find the battery low warnings for both the mouse* and keyboard* too little too late – as in why-is-this-thing-dead too late.* mouse = your hand covers the warning; keyboard = a very small dot hidden in the upper corner

Meh….it works
Using it for the first time today and so far it does what its supposed to do. I do however have a few issues with it…In a room with lights on around the keys lights up really bright but, the letters hardly light up as represented in the pictures. If you are in a room with lights on, the lights can make a glare on the keys and you have to move your head to see what the key has on it. If the keys letters lit up like they are in the pictures that would have been a much better design.The volume knob does not spin easily with one finger on its side so you end up hitting mute instead of turning it up or down.The slot for the phone or tablet is awesome but, you cant use it unless you have a really, really thin case on the device or you take your case off.There doesn’t seem to be a way to program the mouse buttons and they are just FW, BK, and the top is for DPI which should have been a switch on the bottom or something so you dont accidentally hit it since its on the top.

Works mostly as expected
Keyboard and mouse quality feel great , nice quiet (not silent) key strokes. Ease to use, plug and play. The mouse is quite a bit louder. Colors are nice. Only issue is the mouse didnât light up even out of the box. Both fit perfectly in my work bag for surprisingly easy transport. Minus the mouse issue I think itâs a great value.

I received this keyboard today, and I’ve been using it non-stop for the last few hours.To summarize it all: This thing is fantastic!First, I’m using this keyboard and mouse on a docking station that connects either to a Linux laptop (Fedora with GNOME 40+), or to a Windows 11 laptop. The keyboard works flawlessly straight out of the box.Second, because of my job, I use my keyboards extensively. I’m a touch typist, map my keyboards for a Dvorak mapping, and generally have heavy fingers which cause many of my keyboards to last no more than a year. So, suffice it to say that I consider myself a bit of an expert on keyboard design and I can almost tell which keyboards will die in short order.And this keyboard is not one of those. This thing is solid, quiet, and very well built!Overall, I find that the design of the keyboard itself is quite pleasant. I am a touch typist, and it is easy to find the homing nubs on the F and J key. Moreover, the wrist rest really makes a difference for long keyboard sessions. Sound is minimal, as I type. The keys feel responsive and light (compared with my wireless Logitech keyboards which generally make me feel tired within 10 minutes due to their spongy, heavy feel). And the matte finish is perfect in that there are no fingerprint smudges all over the keyboard. The volume knob on the keyboard itself is fantastic, and I wonder “why don’t other keyboards have this?”.The mouse is quite comfortable and responsive. I was able to use it in Blender for a while, and overall it did a great job.Both the keyboard and mouse light up. In both, you can select either static colors (red, green, blue, etc) or a bit of a light show, where the colors march across the devices. For the keyboard, all the keys light up. For the mouse, only the “butt” of the mouse is what lights up.Both devices plug have USB-C plugs, though the box contains a USB-A to USB-C cable, for charging the devices.I am very impressed with the lack of lag from both the keyboard and the mouse. My typing speed is upwards of 85 words a minute, and I do not detect any lag whatsoever — something that I detect even in my laptop’s built-in keyboard at times. I can also see these devices being used on a fast game such as Fortnight.In summary, I really can’t find anything negative to say about this keyboard. I find the device to be solid,Very much a great find! I might get more of these!WARNING: One thing to note is that this is NOT a Bluetooth keyboard, as mentioned in other comments. If anything, I think that the manufacturer did a disservice for themselves by using the word “Blue” in the product name, hence the confusion. But — I repeat — this is NOT a Bluetooth Keyboard in no way, shape or form. It uses a provided radio dongle to connect to your PC/laptop.

This product says it’s Bluetooth, but it’s not, it uses a dongle which is counterproductive to be Bluetooth. Will not work with anything specifically Bluetooth! Description is all lies!!

Keyboard looked nice. Mouse has no fast scrolling option and noisy. I could not get the mouse to connect. I tried charging it. Blinks red when charging but would not turn on. No colour LED either. There are no instruction with options to troubleshoot. Sending for return.
