Very happy with it!
My computer was old and had gotten so slow at loading, shutting down and everything in between. It was time for a new one. I rarely use a desktop so didnât want to spend a ton. For the price this was a wonderful deal. This computer is so much faster than what I had. It is running great. I have zero complaints!

I needed a basic computer for my shop for my techs to use for service info and internet based shop management software. It’s decent enough, especially for the price. Although, it has gone up 25% since I bought in August. I got it for $124. This machine doesn’t get pushed hard. We’ve installed nothing on the hard drive as everything for the business is internet based. The machine sleeps most of the time. At the end of November the SSD crashed. Worked fine when my tech got in and clocked in, next time he went to wake it up, nothing. Ended up getting a Samsung SSD to replace the no name no label bootleg SSD that was in there. The rest of the hardware seems to be decent enough but obviously nothing to write home about. If it wasn’t for the drive crashing in such a short amount of time, it’d get a 5 star.

I just received this today but it fired up right away without any problem. I needed a newer windows program as windows 8 could no longer support turbotax nor Chrome updates. It works great and now itâs just a matter of getting things from the old computer installed and inputted on this one. Happy so far. Microsoft not the easiest to work with but thatâs probably more a me issue than a microsoft problem. Iâll update if Ihave problems and/or change my feelings.

Fast and quiet.
The computer arrived promptly and in good shape. Booted up flawlessly. A few quick preference tweaks and the transition was complete. My only complaint, and it’s a minor one: black vinyl has been applied in two pieces to both sides to cover scratches and blemishes. It looks great, but one side, unfortunately, ends at a curve instead of continuing to a much better ending place — a flat seam on the other side. Ending the vinyl application at a curve, as shown in the photo, exposes the corners to failure and peeling. It will never hold and will only get worse over time, so I will probably peel it back a half-inch or so to the flat area just below the curve and re-cut it.

Cannot get WiFi
Most of the functions are good except for the fact that it did not have WiFi, so I had a WiFi card installed. It would FIND my WiFi, but it would not CONNECT to it, even after this installation. I bought it largely because it had 12 GB of RAM. The only way I could get WiFi was if I connected it with an Ethernet cable, but those ports are on another floor. I am taking it back to the shop Monday to have them try to get something to work. The price was good, but when it does not work the way it should in all facets, it is not helpful. I had to hook up my wife’s old computer so she could get her email and get online. It only has 8 GB of RAM, so it works lots slower. The advertisement online said it had WiFi, but it only had Ethernet.

Our 12 year old computer finally died and we needed to buy a new one. I was also hesitant to buy a refurbished computer, but the price and computer specs were too good to pass up!I don’t know much about computers, but my brother does and he helped me with this purchase. He told me an SSD hard drive is one of the best out there. He wasn’t kidding! This thing boots up extremely quick and is incredibly snappy with basic commands such as opening file explorer, browsing online, watching video, etc. We’re using it for personal use, but I’m sure this computer would be good for professional settings too.Was very easy – take out of the box, plug in, attach your monitor, turn on. It will walk you through the entire setup.** there is no HDMI display port on this computer, so if your monitor is HDMI/VGA display only, I recommend buying an HDMI to Display Port cord. The computer has two display port cords. **5 stars!

When my old HP finally gave up after 11 years of service I needed something to replace it. I do not use my computer enough to warrant big bucks. This Dell Optiplex 7010 seems to be just what I needed. It was delivered quickly and the install was a breeze. It boots quickly and runs well. I mainly use it for surfing the web and watching Youtube videos so I cannot speak to it’s prowess as a gaming machine. It was in great condition with no visible scratches or other damage. The Vendor has already reached out to me to ensure that everything is good and it is. My only real complaint, if you can call it that, is that the Wifi is a dongle and not built-in, having said that, there are plenty of USB ports to spare. All-in-all a good purchase and I will definitely consider them when I buy my next computer 11 years.

seriously impressed, super fast delivery, set up was a snap. I have been an apple guy for a while and love my macs and ipads, this is my first time really exploring windows 10pro, impressed. I bought this as my company office computer, both wireless printers worked, the package included a wifi usb which linked instantly with my extender, I mean for the cheapest new computer it was more than double of this one, its fast and does everything I hoped for. Oh and windows 11 software is more money than this ? no brainer windows 10 is doing everything an office will need. the keybord and mouse are new in the box too, types nice, mouse is fine, great addition to my office

I bought this computer thinking it would be fine but it has caused me so many issues. For instance, right when I got it, it gave me the issue no hard drive found, changing the bios it would work and I would be able to use it. Every time I would turn off the pc, it would have the same issue, hard drive not found. I just started to never turn it off since I didnât have time to return it or find another one. The pc now turned off because of power out, now even when I switch it in bios, it wonât detect the hard drive and wonât turn on at all. Just a horrible experience overall, I need the pc to work for my work and no Iâm defaulting to buying another pc after only a few months of use of this one.

I bought this desktop as an additional device for kid level gaming, school work and entertainment. It works well. Packing was really nice. Supplier did their job well. But the ups delivery guy is a lazy person leaving it in the pickup center which I had to hand Carry for 1+kms.
