Pretty Good
Better than I expected for the price I chose. No flaws in appearance. Battery last pretty good. Functions well.

Buyer Beware, Poor Quality Lack Reasonable Customer Service
MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY CHECK THAT YOUR DEVICE IS WORKING WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT. I waited to long to check it and found I had a useless tablet. The Surface Pro 4 was purchased and left in box as a backup until needed. It was stored in a climate controlled office with other similar equipment. It will only stay on when plugged in. Once you pull the plug, it turns off, so the battery is useless. It also doesn’t boot up normally. Though I did not find these issues out until after the warranty period, I called Lifecycle Pro to see what we could work out. I was willing to send back the tablet at my expense to have them fix the battery issue, or I was also willing to send it back and get a store credit on another tablet. Its my fault for not checking the condition of the device when it was received, so I get it. It was in the original box and not opened, so the problems it has now, would’ve been there upon receipt. I would’ve offered a customer some level of credit or something…Lifecycle Pro offered nothing. Considering the 2 tablets I have purchased from them are of little to no value, They made a few hundred, offered subpar tech, and definitely lost our business.

Good but…..
So far so good. The mouse starts to act up & the screen starts to jump as well as look 3d. I just shut it down & wait a while to restart. It’s not that big of an issue since I just use this for simple task & travel. Battery isn’t bad, it’s easy to use and overall aside from that issue it’s not too bad.

Surface Pro 4 refurb quality very good
I integrate Surface Pros with industrial instrumentation for customer interface. I buy these frequently as replacements because they burn out in hot industrial environments or freeze when a customer tries too often to restart without the password. These refurbs start up fine, appear as near new, have good battery life and function… If you need a low cost tablet, this is a good option. Just realize there are no user servicable parts outside of the power supply. You can’t change the screen or battery without special tools – not economic as cheaper to just buy another. Sad but that is the world they have made for us.

Appears as advertised by the seller, but it’s a little slow!
Product arrived on time and appears as advertised by the seller, but it’s a little slow and is not upgradable to Windows 11.

Flickergate, battery life, slow performance
After the 90 day window (of course), the screen began flickering, which is known as flickergate and an issue well known with pro 4s.I had a Pro 3, but cracked the screen, it worked flawlessly for over 10 years, which is why I got this pro 4 thinking I’m upgrading without going overboard. This battery lasts half the time my pro 3 did and is slower than my pro 3.I’m disappointed with it, but it gets the job done. Well, as long as I cool it down and give it a rest when it begins to flicker and am a little patient with it.Honestly, I get more things done and faster on my Samsung phone which replaces most computers (unlike iphones….sorry had to put that in there ;p).Best if you go with Pro 7 or 8 and make monthly payments instead. I don’t recommend this product.

A Great Tool for Photoshop
I had been looking for a tablet for a while and never really thought about the Surface until I did some research. I found out that not only could I use it as a tablet, but I could also use it as a graphics tablet and laptop. As a photographer I use Photoshop quite a bit. The Surface Pro 4 is a great tool for Photoshop. Using a stylus and being able to edit directly on screen is a time saver. It also makes editing fine details much easier.I bought this Surface as a refurbished item and it works great! I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. The only drawback is the amount of RAM. For what I use the Surface for, at least 8 GB would be a huge benefit, but the price would also be much more. Maybe one day I’ll get a Surface Book with 16 GB of RAM and a core i7.

Returned it as soon as i opened it. It …
Returned it as soon as i opened it. It was in a box for a type cover, no original packaging, just the tablet in a box for a type cover. It had many small dings and dents. What made it absolutely unacceptable was that it didn’t come with a charger. It takes a special charger so i couldn’t use it, nor did it come with the pen. Ended up paying 100$ more to get it from the Microsoft site. Dont order it, unless you already have the pen and charger already, and are looking for the device only. What a hassle. Cant wait to get my refund. This “deal” was a total rip off.I eventually did get a surface pro 4 and I like it very much. I had a surface RT, then I got surface 3 about a year ago. A few weeks ago I dropped it on a hardwood floor and cracked the screen. I was totally upset, because I really liked the device. I wanted another surface to replace it. I like the bigger screen size on this one, and also I got the surface pen and I like that. Really the screen size is the only big difference I see, so if you’re trying to save money, the smaller surface 3 might be a good option.

La baterÃa no cargaba, por lo mismo se apagó durante una actualización y me dió problemas de pantalla azul y el panel táctil dejó de funcionar después de eso.
