SCAM!!! This item/model is discontinued by its original manufacturer. There are no AVAILABLE DEVICE DRIVERS for it and the product manual directs you to the company’s website which is a shell – the item does not appear among the less than a dozen items in total on the site nor do ANY of the associated model numbers for similar tablets. There is no product support. ZERO. NONE! if you call the company’s IT Support number (provided by Amazon) you will get a foreign voicemail that you cannot understand. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Not a scam as other reviews mention it
I love this product. I do agree that the manual that it comes with does not tell you where to download the driver. I solved this by contacting Serenlife. They answered my email within 24 hrs and gave me the link to download the driver now I’m enjoying drawing on it.

Discontinued by Manufacturer, no DRIVER available
Everything arrived just fine, but the manual says to download driver from website, and the website no longer has this item available. Do your research better than we did, this is a known issue and no resolution is available. Hoping Amazon removes this item so no one else has to waste their money. Supremely dissapointed.
