A Well Engineered coat. Just smaller in size
It is a little smaller than I thought it would be, I ordered an XX-Large and it fits good, (I normally wear an XL) but if I have on a thick sweater, this coat is a little tight on me. It is made well, with good fabric for cutting the wind, nice design with sippers under the arm pits when you are working or walking or just need to cool down some, the hood is good to have on those cold and windy days. I would recommend it, just order a larger size than normal.

Perfect for FISHING
â¢Warmth:This jacket is perfect for âlayeringâ. Meaning, if youâre in snow or really cold temps and want to just wear âjustâ the jacket you will be cold. But Iâve worn it on a boat in the 40 degree cold going 65+ mph (felt like 2 degrees) and no wind or rain gets in it. I fish with a hoodie and this jacket over and I am incredibly warm.â¢Water proof/wind proof:Wind proof was one of the biggest reasons I needed this jacket and itâs 100% both water and wind proof. Iâve been in downpour with no cover and my body stayed dry. Winds on a boat did not get in at all.â¢Hood:The hood has GREAT draw strings around the face area as well as the standard draw string location. This is HUGE when your going 60mph on the water in the cold so it hugs the sides of your face. The jacket zipper goes high enough to give you a mouth covering which I love to keep that freezing wind off your mouth and neck in high winds.â¢Waist/ Wrist:The waist/wrist have a NICE draw string (waist) and Velcro system (wrists) so wind doesnât go in the jacket and keeps the warm in.â¢Thickness:Itâs plenty thick, I would say the equivalent to the thickness of jeans then you add the fleece layer and itâs definitely a good jacket. I think when you read the reviews saying itâs thin is because people are expecting a snow jacket. But if you wear a sweater or hoodie with this over it, you will be warm Iâd say in temps of 35-40ish depending on if you tighten all the draw strings to insulate. Now if you want to go below the 35 range Iâd either get a different jacket or wear thermal layer and a cold weather hoodie with this over it.â¢Size:Iâm 5â10 245lbs chubby and a 2xl fits perfect âifâ you are layering with a hoodie or sweater. If you want a sleek fit or if you wear thermals not a bulky sweater Iâd go with an XL. This will make the sleeves and body fit tighter to the body.So far Iâm happy with this jacket. I will update in a couple of months of fishing with it on to let you know how it holds up. If the 5 star is still up that means I still have no issues.

Great Shell Jacket! Perfect Fit! ð¯
PROS:- Nice shell jacket, soft inside and outside is very nice as well, sheds water and as stays clean..- Great to use combined with fleece mid layer and even thermal base layer, keeps you very warm, wind resistant yet breathable. Beats wearing a huge, bulky parka unless it’s below 15 degrees.- Has lots of nice pockets that are mostly well placed, pit zips are excellent and we’re on my 300$ “name brand” jacket. These are the same thing and are great if you are sweating in cold weather.- Fits perfect, I was surprised at how well it fits, couldn’t really fit any better.- Zippers are good quality, so far, no snags or issues.- Hood is great, does not cover face as some cheaper jackets can. Also has 3 separate velcro lines so you can put it away without it looking weird.CONS:- The large front pockets should be lower and slanted like most jackets have, I find myself feeling for pockets there to hold stuff I always use or to warm hands. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.- Those big front pockets again, when putting things in them, it makes large outline/bulges right under your chest that looks and feels odd.- Would be nice to have extra internal pockets that can keep contents warmer or dry, maps, secret pocket for cash and valuables.Overall, this shell jacket is great and well made. It fits perfect and I no longer use my heavy, bulky parka. If you take time to learn about materials and how you can layer them properly, you can put together a base, mid and outer layer system that keeps wind from getting in, keeps you dry, wicks sweat away, keeps you warm in freezing temperatures yet have no bulk or restricted movement. I do a lot of long distance hiking, Photography and drone stuff so being able to move and access things is important.Definitely worth the money, would for sure recommend this to anyone.Thanks,-Ty ð

Excellent quality jacket but sizing seems on smaller size
I own a security business and am always looking out for quality jackets at a decent price. Decided to give this one a shot and am impressed with overall quality and function. Having the Velcro already on jackets allows my crew to remove patches when they are off duty (which is nice). The cut would not be good for someone with extra weight around the belly. Tons of pockets and the location of the front slash pockets are nice to warm up hands on cold shifts. The sizing seems to be off and running on smaller end. I have ordered the 2XL (the maximum size) and will see if that fits better. I suspect the xl is more like what people would expect from Lg. Overall these jackets are a nice, well built jacket and I will likely buy more. Bummer they don’t make larger sizes.

My husband loves it!
Bought if for my husband who sometimes works outside and needs protection from the elements (rain/snow). He said itâs light weight enough that he can move around and is not tight in the arms. And the jacket keeps him warm. It has tons of pockets for him to utilize while he works.

Great price
Great jacket for a great price. That’s all I have to say about that.

Buena calidad en su material

Love this jacket. Should have gotten sooner. The only downsides I have found is the vent zippers randomly open and the pocket zippers open top to bottom. Other then that wouldn’t buy anything else for a jacket.Warm 4 out of 10 for keeping cold out. Keeping wind out 9.5 out of 10.Zippers really good quality but have the ability to unzip them selves ( especially the vent one’s). Other than that an amazing product

Everything was perfect except zip.. item is well build with waterproof material, but water will enter through your front zipper & you will be wasted in rain.

I purchase my outdoor jacket to protect me from the cold/rain while I do my long distance power walking, and so far I am happy as the jacket is doing it job.
