Great PC, great seller!
Received this PC earlier than expected, it worked flawlessly out of the box, we swapped a HDD from a Zotac into this and had no issues on boot up. We only had one minor hiccup with hardware: one of the USB port headers was damaged during shipping, merchant offered to send a replacement but we managed to repair it ourselves and all was well. The PC works great and if we ever need another PC in the future we will definitely be returning to this merchant! If you’re looking for a decent computer to run video games or anything else, under $1000 (we picked it up for about $650) this one is it. My son plays Raft, Minecraft, Overwatch, and other games on it with no latency problems whatsoever.

Amazing gaming PC at the price point!
This is my first actual desktop PC, let alone gaming PC, and it works great! Games like Satisfactory that I could barely play on my laptop, I can now play on maximum graphics with no problem. I can’t rate tech support because I haven’t had to deal with big problems yet, which is nice. Setup was easy, it doesn’t look bad, it has a lot of upgrade potential, and it comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse. Also, I can definitely see why it’s called “Quiet Series”. A great gaming PC at a reasonable price!

Kept shutting off
Once I got the computer and set up windows, it was running fine. It came with a product key that didn’t work, but I soon found a fix to that. I had this computer for less than a week and the PC started shutting off in the middle of gaming, I still don’t know what the cause of it was, but in the end I returned it and got a refund. The reason I’m writing this half a year later, is because I decided to check back on this page again to see what the reviews were saying. I also saw another reviewer who said he had the same problems that I was having. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had just shipped out the same exact computer to the other buyer. All in all, it wasn’t a good first gaming computer experience.

Best Budget Gaming PC
The PC was shipped and arrived with no broken/faulty compartments. The PC was well packaged and better than expected. If youâre looking for a budget gaming PC and donât want to build one yourself, this is the best to go with. The PC runs every smoothly and ran every game I threw at it well. Games like Fortnite, ARK, GTA 5, Rocket League, and Gears 5. The only thing âbadâ about this PC is the amount of storage but, that is easily upgradeable.

Not worth it.
I bought this PC because the system specs exceeded the requirements for a game I started playing. Unfortunately, the PC’s performance was poor from the start. It regularly rebooted itself just out of the blue, often rebooting itself three or four times in a row before Windows would load. In addition, something as seemingly simple as plugging in a USB speaker caused it to freeze.I spoke to technical support who was very nice, went through the system information, and had me change a Windows memory setting and said that should fix the issue. It didn’t. Ultimately, I had to return the PC and buy one from another seller, which has worked just fine.

Windows 11 will not run many games
We ordered this to run flight simulator and a lot of games. Most will not run well, if at all on Windows 11. Windows 10 is much better. We missed the return window before unboxing.

My first gaming pc and I’m loving it!!
My pc came in faster than expected and I couldn’t wait to get it unboxed. Unboxed it and followed the instructions that came in the box and this pc is was better than expected. Runs Madden 20 and other games flawlessly. I’ve now owned it for a couple of weeks and I have no complaints. Starts up fast, doesn’t get hot unlike my previous pc. A very nice beginner gamer pc that’s upgradeable.
