Save your money
So I originally bought this tablet for my child as a christmas present. Setup was very easy but unfortunately it’s not worth the value of your money. The tablets lock button fell off and I didn’t have the thing for 24 hours yet! If it broke that easy I would say the quality of that tablet is very very poor.Also I noticed the screen isn’t quite 10.1 inch more like just 10 because the screen protectors I had bought for this did not fit. There was lots of storage for games and stuff.The color was as shown and the case felt nice.I just wish this thing didn’t break so easily.. I had an excited toddler to only disappoint them and say mommy has to return this.

This kids tablet is exactly what I was looking for to make sure my daughter has a parent controlled experience. It’s super fast and has a nice large screen with vivid colors. I love how she can easily enjoy and run multiple apps at the same time smoothly without delays. One of my favorite things about it is the parental controls that make it easy for me to control her use and keep her safe. The Google play kids section is super fun for her to play all kinds of kids games selected for her age goup. I’m also happy with the protective case that came with it because she’s already dropped it a few times and the impact didn’t affect the tablet at all because of the shock absorbant case.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. Have tried setting up kids space multiple times and it just keeps saying something went wrong. I have reset it multiple times and still will not work so now I am gonna have an upset kid in the morning for Christmas because of this company selling crappy tablets.

About this tablet for my 4 years old son .Amazing performance easy to use durable quality. I love the durability, no matter how many time it fell down not a single scratch.I love the battery life no need to charge more than once .I will highly recommend for kida abd toddlers for educational use ..

Emotional distress
Glitches and freezes often and randomly. Locks you out of managing settings ⦠couldnât even factory reset. Ordered a replacement and had the same problems ⦠My kids have been crying about it . Iâm so outraged !!!!EDIT â- The company reached out to me and offered to make things right . They sent me a very nice and empathetic letter of apology and gave my child justice ⦠so I would say this is a good company to deal with after all .
