Good quality. Easy to setup.
We are upgrading our phone system and these phones are good quality. They look good, have a options for screen sizes (larger screens for support staff and managers).Touchscreen has needed functions at your fingertips.Sound quality is good and ability to connect Bluetooth headsets is a benefit. Highly recommend these for anyone looking for Teams phones.

Great phone but pay a little more for the MP56
This phone works well but, in my opinion, the MP56 display is enough better to justify the added cost.

Just bad from start to finish
Our IT guy said that TEAMS was the way to go, including moving our phone lines over there. That all happened with only a few bumps in the road, However these phones are very close to worthless for doing any business. First of all in the different categories that Amazon asks for review. Sound. NOT NEAR LOUD ENOUGH. A/B testing with other Yealink and phone system phones, the sound is low and distant and only works in an absolute sound free environment. SCREEN… the different choices on the screen are TINY, so much that if you miss by 1/16th of an inch, you don’t get what you want! The sub text size in exactly 1/16 inch high, it’s like reading typing on a page 6 feet away. Trying to put one call on hold for another is successful maybe 30% of the time. But the biggest problem is that although the phones have been given total proprietary for data flow in our routers, and we are using very little other internet flow, a good percentage of the calls are choppy to the point of causing frustration on the part of our clients. Serious frustration. We call them back on our cell phones, where the calls are actually going over the WIFI internet and they are clean and perfect without interruption. We spent hundreds on these phones and would not even give them away to another user. SO VERY SAD and this is hurting our business every day.

Installation was a breeze
Does not come with power supply since it supports POE, but I had extra 5 volt 2 Amp power supply around. Turned phone on and it prompted for Office/Teams login. I already had the user setup on Teams Phones and it just came up. Very impressive as IP phones normally are a real pain to configure.

Up and running in minutes
Probably one of the best performing Teams phones out there. I was literally up and running in under 5 minutes after plugging it in to my PoE switch. Interface is much faster than its older/bigger brothers and the hard dial pad makes the world of a difference rather than the touchscreen as others have.

Difficult to enroll in High Security tenants
This appears to a perfect little phone for Teams calling. However, I have had it for 2 weeks now and I still cannot get it to connect to my tenant. I was able to connect it to the Yealink test tenant, but not my own…which clearly means the problem is on my side most likely due to the Conditional access and MFA policies I have in place. I have bypassed those policies and it still won’t connect. I never get a prompt for MFA, which is quite odd and makes me wonder if the device is compatible with MFA and CA policies. Zero help from the seller and Yealink.

It’s Trash
Have to use this crummy phone at my work and all it does is disconnect, reset itself when it feels like and generally is a glitchy leggy phone

Easy to set up, good sound quality and looks nice, POE powered and fast. Perfect Teams phone. Make sure you update the firmware from the Teams admin centre.
