Facetel Q3Pro 10 inch Tablet Review
I purchased the Facetel Q3Pro 10 inch Tablet to replace an old M.S. operating system based tablet that had been in use for approx. 3-4 years and suddenly failed. Due to the constant M.S. updates hogging more and more room on the old tablet, I decided to go to an Android based unit, similar to my personal cell phone. I found this tablet which had more storage space than my old tablet, along with allowing me to install a SD card for additional space. The unit came with Android 10 system and once I setup with my existing Google credentials, the tablet basically mimicked my cell phone, but with a 10″ screen. The unit has worked well and is mostly being used for streaming music via WiFi in a work shed approx. 15′ from my main router. I also use it to look up things that I am working on in the shed. I also want to mention that it came with a screen protector, (great for the environment it is being used in), along with a wireless keyboard and mouse. These are basic items that work fine but do not have the feel of my normal computer keyboard and mouse, which is to be expected for the price, but still a nice addition to have included. These items make it much easier to work with the tablet, even though it does have a touch screen. The only issue I have encountered since it was purchased in Sept. 2021, is an occasional drop of my wireless connection. I have contacted the company about this and they QUICKLY responded and have offered several suggestion to correct, which I am working through now. This shows the company is concerned about customer satisfaction AFTER the sale. For the price paid, the extras included, functionality, and after the purchase customer service, I work purchase it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a feature packed laptop. Much better than paying the higher prices of the name brand tablets.

Terrible product
This tablet didn’t last 8 months. Don’t buy this brand. I have had to buy another kind. This is awful. I will never purchase anything with this brand again. So deceiving.

Good, strong, basic tablet
I don’t typically write reviews but from the moment I received this tablet I decided I would post something to indicate my pleasure with it. First, it came well packed in its box which was of course packed again in a shipping box. Its well constructed box would have been sufficient for shipping alone.Second, in selecting it I was torn by many options offered by all of the various Android tablets out there. It took me a bit to really concentrate on what I really needed or wanted, besides a good price. Functionally, I wanted speed, storage and expanded storage, and most importantly, high speed WiFi connectivity. I thought about SIM cards, but realized I didn’t really need one as I am in WiFi range 99% of the time and I could always connect for data via my phone. With these criteria, this unit gave me what I needed.While it not an issue for me, the cameras on this unit are a bit below many of the other units out there. They will no doubt do a reasonable job, given their 5 and 8 MP resolutions. Frankly, I rarely take pictures with a tablet and they are fine for Zoom, etc. (My smart phone takes most of my shots.)I ordered the option that included the keyboard and mouse, mostly because it was inexpensive and I thought my wife might like them. As I suspected, while they are fine, though our use of the tablet requires little typing and our fingers work fine when ‘clicking’ and/or moving things on the screen. I have not really used them to any extentSo in summary, I would buy it again.
