This review is just to get your attention. The …
Except for the fact that it does not come with a power supply…assuming you have a POE….to which I did not, I am so far loving the phone. I’m using it with RingCentral and it was a breeze to set up with zero issues. I would like to see more of a variety when it comes to ring tones, but that is just me. It has a very decent selection. The touch screen is responsive and thus far functional layout. I am so tempted to knock it down a star or two for not including a power supply, but I will let it slide and just rate the phone itself. My advice is to pick up the power supply if you are not sure if you have POE. You can always return it if you don’t.

Nice product update easy to use.
I updated this from the 501 series. It took my IT guy some time to do what he does but now that’s its working it is great. Everything seems clear and no one is complaining about my speaker phone. I am sure there are a few dozen features I don’t use but it does what i need it to do and I am happy. I bought with out the plug thinking my old 501 series would fit but I was wrong so I had to buy one . So just check to make sure you have the correct one.

Manual was all in Japanese, is this even a valid US version
I bought this for use with Skype for Business. The packaging was fine, no power so I bought that separate. However, ALL THE MANUALS ARE IN JAPANESE. How is this even allowed? I will not use a suspect device for such an important business function.

    Qualithy is Good
If you have ever used a Polycom phone you need no review. Works great. with my total generic Bluetooth headset. Speaker phone quality could be a bit better.

Solid phone, not very user friendly
I have a love hate relationship with these phones. I use them at my office and the call quality is very good. The phones are sturdy and feel good in your hand. From an end user perspective it looks like the company goes out of their way to make the phone not user friendly. My biggest issues with this phone relate to contacts – there is no easy way for a user to sync their contacts from cell/desktop whatever with this phone. No import or export. If you go through trying to enter a phone number on the phone itself you can add contacts one by one. Very time consuming. If you want to add a number with dialing pause (like for a conference bridge) you are out of luck. Not supported, not working and even though there are many requests from user to add that functionality. There is an ongoing support thread on this that is a few years old and still nothing was done.

Overall the best Skype For Business Phone out there
EDIT: Wanted to provide an update 3yrs later. Polycom who is now owned by another company, is a joke. This product has more firmware flaws that they won’t ever fix. Their support requires you to use a reseller, their public form just keeps repeating over and over to contact your reseller….and after 1.5yrs of one USB storage flaw on the back of the phone, the latest firmware release notes say, well, we aren’t ever going to fix the problem. Unreal. It is nice having 70 end users complaining and asking about a red exclamation point on the top row of the dispaly ever few hours because we have a stock screen saver image on a USB stick. The morons at Polycom apparently won’t fix a simple message/error that pops up that doesn’t apply and make sense, and keeps coming back on.,I just purchased a new Yealink T58A with Skype licensing, also can run Teams firmware, that works fantastic with no issues compared to the crappy Polycom. Oh, BTW, Poycom keeps advertising on their site for 9 months now about a new model of phone which is for Teams specifically, guess what?? Still now phone released!!! Morons.Sadly, Microsoft has a big problem, there are really no phones and vendors on the market except Yealink and Polycom certified for their Skype/Teams. But, Yealink is definitely the better of the two by far now. 2years ago, I would have told you differently, but Yealink has really taking it up a big notch above Polycom. Also, we’ve had about 4 phones that just stopped working properly the first 6mo to a year. Literally, only the headset button would light up when going off hook. Tried everyting, factory reset etc…just broken. Yea…get the Yealink phone if you run Skype or Teams.

I like the phone however there was problems with the power cord. there is not one included – you have to order that separate. Once I ordered the power cord. they sent the wrong one and I had to wait for another few days for the good one to come in
