I use this everyday. It is just the right size. It don’t take up much space. Runs quiet. Looks very good. Fast running. No problems.

Piece of junk constantly freezes
No support or help from seller. Computer is useless, it freezes up randomly some time after booting up and logging in or even on boot sometimes. Tried latest drivers and even multiple operating systems including Windows 11 and many Linux distros, all freeze. Bad hardware. Lost my money on this one. Terrible seller.

It gets the job done
The computer, for the most part, works fine. I have put it through it’s paces and it does everything I need it to. My only complaint, the front facing USB ports don’t work. I don’t need that many USB ports, so the back facing ones are enough, but it is annoying that they don’t work on a brand new unit.I could send it back for a replacement, but it’s not critical and I had already spend a decent amount of time and effort getting it set up *shrug*.

Received a used/refurbished item
Item doesn’t mention it is used/refurbished. I noticed there was a non-original seal on the package and sticky residue from the previous seal. When I booted up the computer I noticed numerous hidden/removed devices (external hard drives, usb devices, etc.) in the device manager which tells me it was previously used.
