After 8 months the phone stopped taking a charge and the NFC did not work ever. Such a disappointment and waste of hard earnes money.It’s heavy and can be dropped from 8 feet and still ‘worked’

I recently bought another thermal camera phone from another brand. Oh my God was it so disgustingly poor. And it cost more than this one. This thing has awesome resolution in thermal mode. It’s not too heavy or bulky. The operating system flow smoothly. It’s got a loudspeaker. It’s fast. This is all around a great phone. I would definitely be a customer of them forever.

This could have been one of the best phones on the market, if all the applications, performance, and specs worked well.Manufacturers should STOP over rating the products, then it would be easier to buy knowing the facts.Let’s talk about it:1) The battery 6000mAh supposed to be good, but my tests was very disappointed. Charge takes very long close to 1hr, and playing music and a few phone calls from morning; the battery was almost done. My old cubot still gives me 2days hard usage.2) Performance is good, however I have had it frozen twice while on a phone call and was trying to find some info online. Unacceptable.3) The front camera 16mp is acceptable but truly looks like a 8mp, however the rear ones are a hyped up joke. They are more software megapixels, not hardware. When you zoom in to take pictures, that’s when you notice these are either 5mp rear cameras or software boost 12mp, not 20+mp.4) So why buy a phone with flare camera at this price for only basic application when it has pro software that you are barred? This seems like false advertising and is unacceptable and I will be contacting Amazon about this. While thermal imaging is good, locking the features is not ð«.5) The phone casing could be better especially for the front screen protector, as that’s the first part to break.6) I accidentally dropped it in the car yesterday and it could not read the sim card or the SD card. Had to take out the SD card tray and reinstall as well as restart the phone to get back service. Unacceptable…Some other things to know;This phone works with most 4G LTE networks like at&t, T-Mobile etc.. not so with 5G, also get the APN settings before complaining, I had to manually set them up. But they did work.It’s not loaded with Android 13, you have to update it, which is fine with me.Otherwise I like the phone, it’s big and works well, feels strong, even though I don’t appreciate the rear cameras. If they have a fix I will update and give a better rating, hope this helps you out…And yes even my chief liked the thermal imaging, volunteer firefighter â

Edit, NOT EVEN COMPATIBLE WITH T-MOBILE AS STATED IN THE Q&A. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY CARRIER IT SEEMS. They sent the wrong color (ordered orange and got blue) the listing states its unlocked for all carriers, but it is not compatible with straight talk or a variety of other carriers based on the answers in the q&a section.Very misleading.

Solid, well built phone
I ordered the orange one, but got the black. Not worth returning it over a color. The phone seems to be well built and operate well. Took seconds to upgrade through my metro PCs carrier. I’m really hard on phones, and will come back and continue with the review if possible to update this ones outcome.**** 5 month update. I have not had a phone last this long in 10 years. I’ve held back no punches with this phone. Ibe been as hard on this phone if not more then any other that Ive owned. Battery still works great, i installed a screen protector, that I think has been working great. No issues with the operating system. The camera may be a lil slow when focusing, but has suited my needs just fine. The thermal imaging confused me when after a couple months wouldn’t load up. I just uninstalled any updates to it and it works fine after that. So fare this phone has delivered what they say.
