Unexpected good performance for this price!
I got Audezy Maxwell as my “best sound solution” but it’s too heavy and uncomfortable to wear during walk or travel so I bought this Edifier ones as the light weight solution for walking and travel â I REALLY LIKE IT!Pros:+ Sound quality – it’s not as good as Audeze Maxwell of course, but it is MUCH better than I expectedand LDAC is available, which is great for this price range+ ANC – works great too, I didn’t expect it at all, noise cancellation power will be enough for most people living in noisy cities+ Comfort – it feels really comfortable on my BIG HEAD and my ears are pretty big too, but these headphones have even extra space and it’s pretty lightweight so you can wear them during some activities and also it can be folded when needed to fit into small spaces – it fits into the smallest pocket of my backpack+ The quality of materials and build are good – it feels and looks very nice and solid+ Battery – you can use these headphones without charging for a long timeCons- Buttons: it feels pretty bad – Turn on/off button is really small, and it is too close to volume buttons it hard to find it with finger and push – usually I accidentally press volume one instead or together with the “turn on” button

VERY GOOD… If you are tech savvy
So far, the comfort and audio quality are fantastic, but I had multiple issues to set these up exactly how I want them. Firstly, I apparently downloaded the wrong companion app of the two available, took multiple reconnections to pair with the app, then everything broke when attempting to use the multi-connection feature. It caused my pc’s Bluetooth adapter to never connect to the headset again (without using Windows Powershell to reset the entirety of my Bluetooth adapter).Though after all of that, It is now working as intended. I’m not sure if everday people would come across the same specific issues I had, but if they did, they would likely have a difficult time.

Amazing price/quality headphones.
Excellent price/quality headphones. The sound is quite clear, the ANC is good. They are very comfortable. If you like very powerful bass these may not be enough, but with a good equalization you can get pretty decent results.

Buenos
Aunque esperaba un sonido mejor, para el precio son bastante buenos, los microfonos si dejan mucho que desear pero para escuchar musica y reuniones cumplen

Sound Quality!
These things really sound nice. I am a big jazz fan and jazz recordings are a bit different than other styles of music. (Rudy Van Gelder didn’t his name on album covers for nothing.) There is a lot of nuance in jazz and these headphones replicate all those little things. The slight ring of the toms, the decay of cymbals, the airy portions of horns. I don’t think you could go wrong at this price point!

Very easy to connect and control, sound leaves something to be desired however.
These headphones are decent looking, albeit a little smaller than expected, and do not fully cover your ears. They’re more “on ear” rather than “Over ear”, but don’t feel uncomfortable while wearing them. The adjusting brackets have a nice little click and seem to stay in place when adjusted how you like.Noise cancelation works perfectly well. The audio it produces just isn’t for me. The sound profile tries to lean to the more bassy side but lacks any real punch. More muddy than bassy. Mids are lacking, and the highs are often muffled. If you’re able to adjust the sound profile manually, you might get these headphones to sound better. But out of the box they are just “meh”..

One of the downsides of bluetooth historically has been that only 1 device can connect at a time to the headphone. If you want your tablet to drive its pretty much always the case that the phone has already connected so you have to turn the phone bluetooth off and connect with the tablet etc…with these headsets you can have your phone and your tablet both connected at the same time and if the other is connected and not playing then there will be no impact on you at all and you’ll never know. For me its a degree of aggravation that has been removed!!Sound Quality….for $85AUD you’d be hard pressed to beat these. Are they as good as $500 Sony’s…No but my wallet sure feels good about it Ill happily sacrifice 5% of sound quality for 80% off the price !!

The Edifier W830NBs are a great set of headphones for the asking price, even better as I managed to get them with the Prime Deals discount.I have mainly been using them around the house for audio books and some music. They aren’t going to be dethroning higher end headphones, but I have been enjoying the sound quality given the price.Pros- Great battery life (after a week and a bit with about 90 minutes of listening a day, still on 92%)- Comfortable (padding is plushy and the clamp force feels just right)- Loads of features for the price (3 audio codecs, bluetooth 5.4, wired listening)Cons- Can get a little hot on the ears when moving around a bit- Noise leakage (others will be able to hear what you are listening to in quieter places)- Ear cup seal can break when turning your neck- The build quality feels a bit flimsy (though to be expected)Other- The ANC blocks out the noises I need it to around the house (might not do so well in noisier environments)- The ‘hear through’ mode allows you to hold a conversation relatively well- The sound quality for the price is quite impressive, if a little lacking in bass- The ‘loudness’ is probably on the quieter sideOverall if you’re on a budget I would highly recommend these headphones.
