improvement to Shure cable after a few days of use
I’ve had a pair of Shure SE215s for years. The cable has a couple of issues. My most recent replacement cable became “loose” at the 3.5mm plug and became unusable. Previously, the part of the cable that bends across my ears became frayed. Both situations have at least one channel going in and out.I contemplated buying another pair – after three cable purchases over 4 years I figured a new complete set of headphones isn’t much more than a new cable. The buds still looked good so I figured let me try a different cable for once. I picked this one after looking at dozens of choices. I find the fit around my ear better – it is a slightly different setup but works well for me. The braided cable also tends to not get as twisted up. Perhaps because of the fit around my ear, the buds even sound better. And feel more comfortable with extended use during a day.So after a few days, very high marks. We’ll see what happens through time.

Low Price, High Quality, Great Looks
Iâve been using this wire mainly with my JH16 Pros at home. I was at first hesitant because I tend to doubt the quality of cheaper wires. However, I had heard good things about the wire so I gave it a try. Iâm happy to say it turned out much better than expected. One of the main reasons I bought it is for the left and right indications on the each side which my previous wire lacked. It is a small but very nice addition that I feel most wires should just have by default. The braided cable feels very nice, and is flexible. There are no microphonics whatsoever. When I used to stock cable it would tend to move around too much around my desk whenever I am just using my computer casually. This cable never gets in my way, and has been worth the purchase. I personally do not hear any changes in tonality or sound quality. However, in my opinion that is a positive because I think that wires tend to make audio gear sound worse rather than make them sound better(or provide very little improvement in the hundreds of dollars range). I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to replace their stock wire or are even just curious to try it out especially for the price.

Great build, okay sound quality
I bought these to replace the broken cable for my Shure SE215 (big surprise I know). The cable quality feels amazing so far! I thought I would miss the memory fit hooks that go over your ear, but these are so light and flexible they donât even feel like theyâre there. I feel like the bass response on these arenât as great as the original cable. However, as I plan on using these for live sound and not mixing or mastering, they sound clear on the kids and highs and carry my guitar and vocals well and accurately. I would definitely consider giving then a try before buying the $60 replacement cable from Shure!

Excellent for the money!
As a professional musician, I tend to go through about 2 or 3 in-ear cables a year. There are a ton of these imports on Amazon, hard to gauge those that are good. After using these about 4 months, I think I may have finally found a reliable and cost effective brand.Hadn’t used a non stiff ear loop side before, and was concerned these would not stay in place on the ear, but the cable has just the right amount of firmness and pliability once you wrap them over the top of your ears. I found them comfortable. If I say anything negative, they tend to tangle a little more than some thicker core cables. As to 6 core vs. other higher multiple core sound quality, IMHO I think it’s mostly voodoo. You’d be better off spending your money on better ears, or at very least better ear pads (e.g. Comply). I’ve only done the barest of A-B comparisons, and didn’t hear any significant perceptible difference with higher cores. As a keyboardist/pianist, I live in the upper end and midrange, and these were just fine. After going though a couple of other higher core cables that failed, I’d rather have a cable I can trust. No microphonics, no shorts. I love that they are black, I do a bunch of TV/Video stuff, and constantly forget to tuck my cable under my shirt. Since I mostly wear black, this isn’t as obvious as a big honking silver/gold cable running down my back. I haven’t got yelled at recently by any producers, so that’s a plus. 🙂 Another side point of contention: Because they get lost, forgotten, stepped on, etc., I won’t use any IEM’s or custom molds that cost over $200.00 anymore. Using these with my Session Ace and Shure IEM’s (MMCX connection) and I’m happy.Cheers

Good cable, but…
I wanted to replace my Tin T3’s cable just because I don’t like ‘Gold-Silver’ color of stock T3’s cable.I liked:- Quality: Decent, not ground breaking. But I liked it. The cable is soft, has metal in housing in 3.5mm jack and in Y splitter. It has a chemical smell to it. It wasn’t very strong in my cable.- No memory / shrink wrap around ‘mmcx’ connector. I love this. You can wear your earbuds they way you like it. Plus, I think that, clear shrink wrap looks cheap.Did not like:- Sound: It sounds high volume, high treble (sibilance+), less bass, less ‘body’ in sound. Difference audible (I’m not an audiophile and even I can tell the difference). Stock Tin T3’s cable sounds WAYYY better. Difference is: with stock cable, when you increase the volume, sound expands. With these cable, when you increase the volume of the source, you get high volume and more treble with noticeable sibilance.I really liked this cable, but looks like extra “core” (6 core vs 8 core in T3s cable) DOES make a difference in sound!!! I would recommend you should try them, if you like the way they sound, keep them. I didn’t like the way they sound, so I’m returning mine.

Delivery and shipping was fast, ……using the 2 pin 0.78mm to 2.5mm balanced cable on my final a3000, they work out but the 2 pin connection was thicker so had to force it in, worked out though, no apparent loss in audio quality, works great especially for the price…….cable is pretty flexible, all ends feel sturdy, 2.5 mm end is a bit longer, might need an angle adapter for some people….

This cable is really nice. I got the 4.4mm connector for my IfI Hip Dac 3, so far so amazing. For me, it’s also compatiable with ZS10 Pro and the Pro X (Tried with both)The cable itself is very durable. The connectors are pretty secure in my in-ear monitors and they sound pretty good. A lot better than the stock cable which goes stiff after a while of use. But I also don’t like the stiff sleve near the ear because it literally keeps pulling the IEM out of my ear, even though it fits correctly over the ear. I prefer this design because it’s keeping the IEM in my ear much better. Just naturally goes around the top and over the ear with ease. Pretty much naturally. So, this cable overall is amazing. And the upgrade from Unbalanced 2.5mm to Balanced 4.4mm is so worth it. There is a lot less noise in the sound when listening to music and just in silence really. You will have to make sure that 4.4mm connectors are supported in your DAC and headphones before you get it though, which is easy to find out.Overall, I have had the best experiene. The only downside is that the cable can be heavy if you don’t use some sort of tie on the back of your shirt so that it doesn’t feel so heavy. It’s still wonderfully comfortable though and I will think about getting these again, if and when I need to.I am not totally sure whether all this 6-Core, 8-Core and 16-Core stuff makes a difference, I am yet to find that out.

A very nice looking and feeling cable. It is nearly tangle free and connects perfectly to my Sennheiser IE600. (I modded the connectors on these so they fit standard MMCX cables as with this one). There is also nearly no noise coming to the earphones when rubbing on the cable.Would wish for a version with inline microphone and multimedia controls.
