Very convenient and worth every penny
I bought this outlet extender because the most convenient outlet for me is right behind my bed, so in order to save the power cords I was connecting there from being bent out of shape, I put this outlet extender instead. It’s very convenient, and the fact that it has 3 USB ports on top make it really great. It works perfectly, saves a lot of space, my cords look neat, and I feel it’s safer than bending the cords. Overall, amazing product for the price.

This thing is a powerful, compact little addition to my space. Buy multiples! Really love the multi function as Iâve been able to plug in things that only have a USB cable, appliances with regular plugs and even three pronged plugs, and phone chargers all into the same place. Perfect!

Useful Outlet Extender/Multiplier
I moved into a rental house that was built in the early 1950’s (crazy housing market!) and to say that there is a lack of outlets is an understatement, lol. In fact, there is only ONE outlet in the bathroom and they converted the top receptacle into a light switch for the light over the medicine cabinet. This left me one opening for curling iron, blow dryer, fan, etc.Most of the other extenders here on Amazon had their plugs placed so close together that I would not have been able to put both my curling iron plug and my hair dryer plug side-by-side (hair dryer has that big square plug with a trip on it). I was happy to locate this one and purchased it. I appreciated that fact that it also had to plugs on each side BUT I will say that, like others that have mentioned in their review:, the plugs on the ends “snap” in and it does make them very hard to pull out unless you remove the extender itself from the wall so you can get a good grip on both parts and pull. It’s not that it won’t come out, but it is definitely in there pretty darned tight. I used it to plug in a floor fan that I don’t unplug often and the other one is, to date, unused. The USB plugs at the top are nice but for my situation, I don’t use them hardly at all. They do work though.My only *issue* is that (on my unit at least) the extender sits crooked when plugged in. This would not bother me at all if it were not right at my eye level but it is and I’m a bit OCD when it comes to this sort of thing. I requested a return and replacement from Amazon which came very quickly but unfortunately, the second one was the same. I reached out to the seller, TESSAN, and explained the issue. They promptly replied saying that they preferred to refund my original purchase (I returned the replacement) since the likelihood that the entire batch had ‘un-level pins’ was high. NOTE: I did not knock off a point for this defect because it is a cosmetic one that does not effect the performance of the item itself. I continue to use this on a daily basis and have never experienced other issues with this extender.

Es un producto muy práctico y que te da 5 conectores adicionales (3 con el pin de tierra, y 2 sin), asà como 3 conectores USB-A (USB tradicionales). Se ve muy resistente fÃsicamente, y cuando se conecta a la pared, queda muy bien fijo.Los pines traseros no se mueven o se rotan, asà que recomiendo asegurarse de cómo vienen en las imágenes del producto antes de adquirir. En mi caso personal, por cómo están configurados mis enchufes, queda en una orientación VERTICAL. Recomiendo revisar eso para que no sepan si va a quedar bien en el lugar al que lo tendrán destinado, ya que obviamente ocupará espacio extra “a lo largo”.Muy recomendado y muy práctico.

Donde vivo es rara vez q se va la luz. Pero en ocasiones cuando se llega a ir es de, se va, vuelve, se va, no regresa, vuelve. TodavÃa no tengo esa experiencia para decir “sà protege”. Lo que me hace creer que sà va a proteger los aparatos q tenga cargando o conectados es que sà se recargo la baterÃa de un artÃculo nuevo q compre y funcionó éste artÃculo sin inconveniente. Probé cargar una tablet con el puro cable usb, sin el cuadro. Sà cargo la baterÃa de la tablet pero a la hora de desbloquear la tablet se tardaba unos segundos más de lo habitual en quitar la pantalla negra del desbloqueo. La tablet no la descompuso. Asà que debo checar bien eso de los voltios o watss tanto de la tablet y de este aparato. Pero donde no me descompuso la tablet y ésta sigue funcionando con normalidad, ya me deja tranquila q es buen producto.
