    Great motherboard
Very nice for a first build. Works great for my gaming pc. Instructions were a little confusing but I have a little knowledge with the build. I would suggest researching connections before building with any motherboard if you are not somewhat familiar. Instructions are very difficult to read, very small.

    XMP works for me
Don’t know what the other guy was trippin on, but XMP works great for me, got my RAM at 3200.The only strange thing about this motherboard is the CMOS battery, you’ll find it taped next to the green/purple PS/2 ports. They must have been short on CR2032 battery clips so they put in a pin header for the battery. Now it’s like some laptop motherboards with the battery stuck to the frame and two wires going to the motherboard.Makes it a bit difficult to change out the battery what used to be a very standard CR2032 in all desktop motherboards from decades ago. I know it’s saving space now, but it’s not quite standard anymore.I’m not using this motherboard to its fullest capacity, but it sure runs my Core i7-12700K perfectly.

    It works.
Used in a build for my nephew’s birthday. Had some trouble getting some peripherals to fit but (some fabrication required) worked in the end.

    so far so good
Not many reviews on this mother board so i figure i would give an early review. I paired this motherboard with 16gb corsair vengeance ram and the intel 12400, i used an ssd and 600w power supply from previous build and installed it all in a thermaltake s100 micro case. Everything installed fine the only problem i had was the windows 10 install did not have ethernet drivers so i had to temporarily install a dvd drive to install the included cd driver disc. cpu temp. in the 30degree range. running it for 24 hours no issues so far.

    Worst purchase ever.
I bought a new chip and mb at the same time. I swapped out all other components from my existing build and it wouldn’t boot. I thought it was the chip, got a replacement, still wouldn’t boot, not even to bios. Got a new MSI board, and everything booted for the first time. Its such a pain when a company sends you bad hardware and you are not a computer store / lab that has the ability to swap out components to find which one is not working. First time I ever received bad hardware, last time I buy ASUS.

Used this board in a build for my kids. Lots of features including aura sync for argb fans and led straps. The only thing it was lacking is Wi-Fi.

While Intel 12gen CPUs are widely available and affordable, LGA 1700 motherboards that support them are much harder to find in the budget price range.I went for a Intel i5 12400 after finding it for a good price, but had to settle with this mATX motherboard although I originally wanted an ATX motherboard. On amazon, this is currently the most affordable LGA 1700 motherboards that had decent reviews, while most others are more expensive by around $100.Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase as it has all the ports I needed, including PCIE 4.0 and USB 3.2. The IO panel needed manual bending of the pins before the motherboard can be properly installed.

Works as expected. No issues, no complaints. The instructions are simplistic, yet informative. Was really quick to install and boot. Plug and play. It’s a good budget board for small projects, and I would buy it again.
