Great rugged dumb phone to limit internet addiction
Got for my kids for use with T-mobile prepaid plan ($15/month auto-pays with unlimited text & talk so doesn’t really feel like prepaid). This is one of the only flip phones that (a) Has band 71 which is CRITICAL to reliably use T-mobile in non-urban areas, and (b) properly handles MMS (multimedia) texts, and apparently group texts too (though haven’t tried that yet). I believe it has a browser but it’s not obvious where or how to get to it, and once my kids find it, they’ll only have 1GB per month on our prepaid plan, which with videos they would use up in a single day. The processor is fast and the interface is snappy. Decent camera for a flip phone. This is built like a tank and water resistant. Note this is a BIG & HEAVY phone. Finally, there is pretty good aftermarket support for this phone with cases, cradles and spare batteries readily available.

Transfer was Simple
Mt father still uses flip phones and ge likes this brand, so when I saw this refurbished one at such a low price with two day shipping I clicked buy. This phone is cool because you can record your own ringtone. I was aboe to set his sim card amd contacts and all in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend

Simple, straightforward.
I purchased this, used, for my senior mother who has trouble with smartphones. This gets the job done. There is an annoying pop-up for tmobile users about enabling a feature – but it can be ignored. It does the job of making phone calls and receiving texts. The signal reception also appears to be very good. They typically have issues with signal in their area but this has worked very well.

No method to connect to computer to download photosThe menu
The required menu selection for USB download is non existent – unable to access the phone’s disk.

Bad quality product
Junk! Where do I startâ¦the buttons on the sides of the phone open apps in the OS that do not work, in fact, most of the apps in the menu are non-functioning. But you canât pick up the phone without pressing a button. There is no way to transfer your contacts to this phoneThe battery life is 3 daysPhone calls last 4 minutes before you canât hear the person on the other end but they can still hear you.If you change the ringer it changes back to whatever it was originally. You canât use its very loud speaker to listen to radio, you can only do that with a headset. No games on phoneHeavy, awkward size
