Great value on a quality headset – Used for work at home calls
I purchased this headset because my company provided on ear headset that hurts my ears after a few hours. This HP headset fits all my needs. The soft earpiece fits nicely over my ear without any uncomfortable pressure. They aren’t great at noise canceling but I don’t have a lot of background noise I need to block out. My co workers tell me the mic sounds great, but I am not 100% sure about the noise canceling on that either. Overall I like this headset and it fits my needs. I only wish there was a mute button rather than flipping up the mic. Would recommend!

I had to take off a star for the following reasons.1. It came in a box that was all torn up. Obviously it was a return, which is fine, but I wish it was mentioned somewhere.2. The ear covers don’t quite fit snugly and they are not the most comfortable for a long time.3. The sound is super sensitive so I have to reduce the device sound every time I put them on. I would just leave the laptop volume low, but I need to hear chimes from Teams when I don’t have the headphones on!4. I think the mic may have a little noise because it doesn’t have a foam wind screen.Otherwise they work well for me. I have to use a 3.5mm jack microphone with my work laptop because the built-in one is damaged and USB mics don’t work either. Also, mine came with a splitter which I didn’t need to use.

The colors dont work and do not strobe anymore and Ive only had this 32 days since the purchase. The sound isnt that loud on both modes anymore. Kinda major buzz kill that this would happen 2 days after being eligable for return. Waaaay uncool –
Meh not wotth the price
They are just okay..sound is loud but my man can hear my music when i massage him so i cant play them as loudly as I’d like to. Also they dont adjust small enough for my head lol im a grown women so its not like imma kid tryin to wear em. They need more velcro lining to adjust. Other than that i dig the velcro adjust strap. Pretty dang comfrtable

Buyer Beware…USB does NOT work!!!!
Purchased this product for my 10 yr old grandson and was EXTREMELY disappointed to discover that the USB function does not work in ANY HP laptop!!! WTH??!!Amazon MUST do better with their choice of 3rd party sellers/vendors and their fraudulent product details! This seller should be ashamed to mislead consumers with their false claims that the multiple connection options are operable!!!If not for the price of returning the item, I would DEFINITELY be requesting a FULL REFUND!!!

Great for working remotely
These are my favorite headphones for my remote job. They do a great job at blocking most of the external sound. I work 16 hours a day most days and these are the most comfortable Iâve found to wear all day.

Es una buena opcion no muy cara. Aunque el 99% del tiempo lo utilizo sin el RGB porque la luz en el microfono es muy brillante y me lastima el ojo izquierda, pero igual nunca me intereso mucho tener las luces.Para lo que lo quiero funciona excelente y la calidad de sonido no esta nada mal. Obviamente una diadema bluetooth es 200% mas comoda por no lidiar con los cables, pero estos audifonos son bastante buenos.
