Great for what it supplies.
Ok so you only get with the mother on nmve slot, a hdd cage, 2 slots for ram, a graphics card that takes up every other pcie slot. I definitely recommend buying some upgrades with the computer like a nvme (one it comes with is 256gb) for the main storage some hdd or sdd for side storage and more ram since it comes with one stick 8gb ram. I have these for 2 months now and have not come with any problems so far. Gaming is good and it is a great deal if you are looking to get this as a gift cause I would say it is pretty cheap for what your getting with it and don’t forget that since it is a computer you can always upgrade it later down the line so you do not have to make a lot of purchases of you don’t want to. But I would certainly buy some more ram and storage with the device and not wait on that. Thankfully those upgrades aren’t really expensive. Have fun ,good luck, and stay safe.

As advertised
It came in the original box with no added protection besides the cardboard on the inside of the box. That is my only complaint. After reading several reviews, I decided to open the pc prior to energizing it and booting it up. The drivers for the operating system and the GPU were all pretty well current. There were some optional updates available that I chose to install. I really appreciate the compact design and the computer multi-tasks exceptionally well. The inside of the pc was clean. There were no major scratches and the pc fired right up. The startup was prompt and inputs were immediately responded to. If you buy this, just remember that the CPU and GPU constitute over $300 worth of the price tag. In other words, don’t expect to get much else with it or to get a top tier gaming experience. It is exactly as advertised and exactly what I paid for.

Not working in after 4 months.
When it worked it was truly great for gaming. However, after less than 4 months this thing is not working. The power wonât shut off at all, the power is not doing good enough to provide anything to the USBâs (mouse, keyboard, etc). I have limited knowledge, but I cleaned it to best of my ability and itâs only used for Steam gaming so no sketchy websites. Iâm so pissed.*Got it sent in to HP per the warranty, and it came back with a different casing and will not work the games it used to* this is one of the worst purchases of my life behind maybe a brand new car. Please for the love of whatever you believe in DO NOT BUY. I wish I could get a refund for this, but itâs been too long unfortunately.

Great PC + Upgrade storage and ram quick
I bought this PC around black friday and it came a few days ahead of the delivery date which was very nice to see. Straight out the box you’ll find it’s very easy to set up and it’s decently light so you’ll be fine if you have a wall desk. When you boot up the PC you’ll notice it has a fast start up time and set up is quick and should take you no longer than 5 minutes. When you get to the home screen you see you get a free year of warrant, McAfee for a month and a free month of Xbox game pass. This is great for people who are coming from console having to rebuild their library. As far when it comes to games like fps games you can maintain 240fps on games like Fortnite if you play on the right settings and 200fps on Overwatch. Overall a great PC but unfortunately a PC with this price tag has its flaws. While you’re getting a PC of this caliber for 500 you are getting 8GB’s of ram and 256GB’s of space. You’ll find yourself with no space quick if you’re looking to play games like GTA and call of Duty. I currently have Overwatch, GTA V, Fortnite, brawlhalla and Dead Or Alive 5. GTA instantly takes half your space so if you’re looking for fps shooters definitely upgrade storage first then the ram after. I would also upgrade the gpu as the gpu installed is equivalent to that of a Nvidia 1650 or 1660. Besides that, amazing PC for the price. It could easily have a $700 price tag so definitely buy while it’s still cheap.

The PC keeps Crashing Everytime I Play Any AAA Title Games
Whenever I play any games, the PC crashes by itself because the power supply isn’t powerful enough. I’ve tried using a UPS but that didn’t help. Since it’s a prebuilt PC, it has a dumb HP motherboard that only allows HP power supplies and that means I can’t upgrade it because HP doesn’t sell upgrades or even adapters to use 3rd party power supplies on the PC. This was my first time buying a prebuilt PC and it was the worst. STAY AWAY from this PC if you will be using this in the long run. Try and build a PC yourself
