Covering peeling off
Only issue I have which is only cosmetic it the material covering it is just some form of a large textured sticker. Its peeling around the edging and will need trimmed so it wonât peel anymore

Not great quality
The stickers on the outside were already peeling off out of the box. The charger they sent with it was bent and I had to buy a new one. Would not buy from this store again.

Looked like new and works like new. I installed a bigger solid state drive. Really haven’t used it much but I’m pleased with it.

False advertisement
This product did not follow Amazonâs guidelines for âRefurbished-Excellentâ. The laptop had obvious blemishes that were covered up with stickers. Stickers that covered every square inch of the laptop. I consider this to be false advertising. Similar to a car salesman claiming âexcellent paint jobâ then you get the car and they vinyl wrapped it to hide a degrading paint job. Unhappy.
